Last year our journey to Disneyland had us arriving the day Pirates re-opened with the addition of Captain Jack Sparrow! We survived that, and now we're planning on our triumph-et return in July to celebrate my wife's birthday. We're not sure where we are staying or when we actually plan to be in the parks :) We always play it by ear anyway, and only make lunch/dinner plans for things we know we want to do. We do know our travel dates are 7/7-7/15. We expect large crowds, heat and all of the other sort of wackiness that goes on. I just hope they actually get Nemo up and running by then :)

:banana: :woohoo:

Time to ---> :surfweb:

and :scared1:

and :laundy:

and then finally :drive:

There won't be much of this :happytv: during the planning stages though...

Well the Nemo sub is schedualed to open on the 11th of June so it should be up and runnin by then. Just remember it is still going to be a brand spankin new ride and with the summer crowds its gonna be a long lineup for it. Hopefully you can get there early in the day to get on the sub first thing. Maybe use and early entry to view it.

Yeah, I'm hoping the mid-June dates stick. I'm a veteran at visiting parks when rides re-open or it's brand new :) We always seem to book trips when this happens, yeah, I don't have anything to do with that :rolleyes1

I'm thinking Early Entry will do it. Heck, when Pirates re-opened we were there on day 1 (man there was a crowd near the bleachers for the premiere thanks to the blocked walk-ways...), skipped it since the line was down main street, but days 2 and 3 (3 was later in the week) we rode it a couple of times. The downside with Nemo will be the guests per hour aspect of it. Heck, I remember the lines before they closed the subs, they were long and I was a kid then!
