We're going back to Disney in November!

Just wanted to let you all know that we will be going back to Disney during the first week in November. To keep this on topic, that will be election week....so will I need to camp out at the Contemporary Pin Cart the night before Election Day?

We are staying off-site (Orange Lake County Club) but that's just fine because it's a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Some of you may know that we had planned to go to Mexico for two weeks in December, but we didn't think it was a good thing to take Rachel out of the country given her medical condition and her need for IV meds and equipment. So, we will either try to rent the PV vacation, swap with someone for some DVC points to use next year, or if all else fails, turn the weeks back into the timeshare company (we lose trading power that way but I'm not going to worry about it too much).

Thanks to those of you that have continued to provide much-needed emotional support. I plan to buy pins at cost for as many people as possible, and will get your requests closer to November.

This means that it's unlikely that I will be going to the September pin event, but I will be able to be with my family which is really a special thing right now.

Awesome Sharon! We went in Nov in 2000. It's nice at that time of year. Now I know someone going in Nov who can get me the Nov Walt pin.

Sharon,
You know I will get you as much as I can at the September event, and you can work on helping me in November.
I might even talk my sister and dad into going to the event so I can help some of you guys out. My family is not pin crazy, but they are always willing to wait in lines for me so I guess I did something right, or I am very lucky.
My sister and BIL helped me get Tink pins at the Sept event, Richie and his son waited from 3 am until the MK event opened last year, and all of them have done maps for me so I can help out my friends.
In June I am bringing 8 of them to WDW and they are going to help me again, And not one of them competes with my collection or tries to take the best stuff. Peggie

I agree.....Fall is a great time in WDW.......I was there in October twice and loved it!
