We're going back again!

We had planned a break from DLP until next year.........but, after a pretty rubbish start to the year, I have had a very emotional time, Steve and I have decided we need a little something to look forward to! So this October half term the four of us are taking a 3 night break to celebrate Halloween! Our first school holiday trip at what I hear is a very busy time, so I'm planning with no expectations, just some fun and a break from reality!!!

I haven't yet Jenny....we only decided on Monday that quite frankly, I really deserve this trip!!

I had planned on making a start this week but I've had Evan home from school all week after jumping off the side of the bath and landing on his shoulder.....luckily nothing broken just lots of soft tissue damage which seems to be quite distressing for him at such a young age, I'm hopeful that he will get back to school tomorrow with his little sling....and to make things extra perfect Harry woke with gunky conjunctivitis eyes today so he's home for the rest of the week too!

So, I have re-planned my planning and will begin on Sunday afternoon when Steve and the boys watch moto cross! How is yours going? Xx

I have already set up my planner - with the new addition of colour coded tabs and restaurant menu links! I know that the day to day stuff will get moved around between now and October but that's half the fun!!

So, as seems to be the norm with my life at the moment, my plans are having to change!

We got a call from our family in Canada to announce they have booked flights to visit family in the UK and Scotland in October.....and will be visiting us down in Weymouth while we are in Disney!! I can't believe it! We both agreed straight away this morning that we can not be away when they are here, we are very close and haven't seen them for a few years now.....so, it's all change! The only other time we can work in another trip is to go for 3 nights at the end of November, beginning December. So, I'm totally disappointed that we miss out on Halloween this year but at least we still get to go!

So yay for changing tickers and christmas at Disney!!!

I totally understand where you are coming from! Our May trip is looking like a huge NO NO now, missing passports and other things have totally messed up everything :-( I'll now more in the next few days but I think its a definite change. Our October and Christmas trips are still on, plus our little anniversary trip to Paris <3 but this holiday was going to be all the kids and inlaws for the first time. I'm so upset (we all are as the small people didn't know about Disney and I've even bought everything for their backpack surprises :-( ) Hoping we can rearrange for July or August, but whether we can or not is still up in the air too......

Well we know that Christmas is just fabulous in Disney so that's ok, but I'm a little disappointed you didn't change your plans to go earlier at the same time as me - lol!!
