BORK got everything that he deserved in 1987 . I personally wrote to several Senators to express my opposition to his nomination.

Of course, most here know that I'm NO FAN of our Senior Senator from Massachusetts, but at least he's keeping his pants up these days . Nevertheless, TED had it RIGHT when speaking of Bork :

The leftists are just scared of a excellant/intelligent jurist who will go by the original intent of the framers of the constution and not make up things that werent their in the first place, they want to legislate from the bench which isnt the job of the Supreme Court!!
And if true tha Ohio put to death a child killer, then im extremely happy that person cant victimize any one ever again!!

On December 14, 1982, then eighteen years old, he was convicted by a jury of robbery, forcible sodomy, abduction, and two counts of rape. The court sentenced Anderson to a total of two hundred and ten years imprisonment in the Virginia State Penitentiary. Anderson went to prison in 1983 and was released after fifteen years, facing lifetime parole. After being paroled, Anderson continued his efforts to clear his name.

With Nebraska having the death penalty ir press reports are true lets hope the bank robbers/murderers are soon put on trai land if convicted swiftly put to death for the murder of 5 innocent people among the crimes they committed in their crime spree!!
