We're Back - TS Reviews (with pics)

great reviews got my fill of food porn. :thumbsup2

one quick question . I made all of my dinner adr's for 5:00 pm to work around the crowds we will be going july 30 to aug 3 . does that sound like a good move? :confused3

We had one 5pm adr and it was Kona Cafe b/c we had tickets to the Pirate & Princess Party and the restaurant was empty when we got there but was busy by the time we left. I would say 5pm is a great time if you want to avoid crowds!

Thanks so much, I was especially interested in Narcoossee's and you made it look great!!!:flower3:

DAY 6 - NARCOOSSEE DINNER

DD had the smores and its the first time she has had smores and she didn't like to put it all together and she didn't like the crackers so she ate the marshmellows and chocolate separately.

Up next, Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast.

I'm Britsh so you will have to humour me . . . how on earth do you eat this?!!!! Do you put marshmellow and chocolate on the crackers!?

lol s'mores are usually eaten outside, cooked over a campfire. It's graham crackers with marshmellow and a piece of chocolate between the crackers, like a sandwich. THe marshmellow and chocolate melt and it really tastes better then it sounds lol

We ate there in Nov and had a great meal and fantastic service. When you order pasta you have to beware of what part of Italy the resteraunt is representing. Apparently Tony's is from the part that puts carrots in their sauce. I recently watched an episode of Rachael Ray an she was using carrots also. I think they do it to make the sauce sweet. Not the way I like mine but then that's why I do NOT order pasta unless I know for sure it will be good. Too many things can go wrong with the way the sauce is made.

It was my impression that the OP was dissatisfied with the carrots in the primavera. Which is fine.., only there are supposed to be carrots in primavera. Although certainly not as many as there appear to be in the photo. Generally, Primavera also has brocolii, peas or even bell peepers and tomatoes. Usually vegetables that add a bit of crunch..that don't get soggy in the pasta. It would seem that they didn't add the additional veggies that not only give it more flavor but also makes for a nice presentation.... and they double or trippled up on the carrots instead. :sad2:
It's also common to add a meat like chicken, sausgage..even shrimp to Pasta Primavera.
I've always wanted to eat here. It looks adorable. Only from what I've read(here and eleswhere) if you want real Italian food..this probably isn't the place.
