We're arriving on my birthday! What would YOU do?

We'll be arriving on November 28th. This day is of great significance because we're going to the world, I'll have just left my day job to pursue self-employment AND it will be my birthday!

We love Japanese food and so I had thought about going to Tokyo Dining (we haven't been there since they redid everything).

I would love to hear opinions about where we should eat that nite. Thanks!

First of all, congratulations! If you like Japanese, it sounds like you made a good choice. Make sure they know it is a special day for you.

I'd pick Kona, but only because it is my favorite of the DIsney restaurants.

Are you trying to plan for Nov 28th of this year? If you don't already have ADR's, you'll probably have trouble getting them. The parks & resorts will be very crowded due to Thanksgiving.

We don't arrive till the 30th and I've had trouble adding ADR's for that "quiet" week after the Thanksgiving crowds leave. My recommendation would be to call and see what's available, make sure when you make the ADR that you tell them it will be your birthday

We're also arriving on Nov. 28th, and that's my older dd's birthday, Can't wait! lol!

And have to agree with PP, it's going to be pretty difficult to find any ressies for most of the restaurants now, so I'd have a few that you would like, and an open mind on the times.
