"We're alone on Normal Island!"

This is the phrase my husband and I use amongst ourselves when our wacky relatives do something above and beyond the normal crazy that they exhibit. I feel like we've been uttering it alot more often lately.

Sometimes we wonder if everyone else is sane and WE are the nutty ones. We reevaluate and realize, no,

"We're all ALONE on Normal Island!!!!!!"

lol - DH and I refer to the chief nut in our family as "The Mayor of Crazy Town" or "The Mayor" for short!
