We're adding an extra night to our WDW trip!!!

Because, we would have been cutting the Sunday (our last day w/ UPH passes) in half to come home. We would have gotten home late, and having no one to pick us up, our choices were a $150 cab ride, or a $99 hotel near the airport in Boston.

Soooooooo, we decided we will just stay in WDW till our UPH's expire at midnight , then get a cheap hotel room along the road between WDW and the airport, and fly home MOnday morning, when we can still take public transportation to get back to our home (near the NH border!)

Wooooohooooo An extra night at the Adventurer's Club is upon us!!!

That is so strange that you just posted this tonight...
I spoke with my December traveling pal today and we are probably going to do the same, at either end of or trip, all depending on what we get for flights out of Boston. (hoping for Jet Blue-$59.00 rates!)
So tonight (just a few minutes ago) I posted on the DIS Orlando hotel boards, asking what the name of the hotel was that use to do a special; giving you a hotel room for the same price as the year. Example: in 2002 the nightly price special was $20.02!! But I can't remember the hotel name....but it was something decent too! Wondering if they will be doing this again this year.

Thanks all. Managed to get enough $$ for our airline tickets by selling stuff on Ebay & got those Saturday (Jet Blue). We got a pretty good rate; $175 round trip (including all taxes and stuff) at the flight times we wanted. Wooohoo!!

Hi,

You can stay in the nice group of hotels near the airport thru Priceline for about $35 a nite.

They all have airport shuttles, too.

Drop off you rental car early the night before if you have one and save some bucks. Take hotel shuttle back and forth to airport.

I blieve the hotel Pooh's Paul is referring to has changed hands and doesn't do the $20. deal anymore.

Cool! We will definately check this out. That would be great, to cut a day off our rental car.
