Went to the Chocolate Emporium for lunch.

Ordered milk shakes. She knew we were going to share one, I asked for an empty glass as I am finishing up a horrible cold. They put it into 2 containers and put a brownie on top of both. Very yummy.

DD hamburger came mostly pink and she asked for medium well, so she would not eat her half and we were sharing it. So they got her a new one. It really did take forever. DD asked for plain shrimp and it did not come out when our food came out.
The server said his shrimp is still not here?

When they brought DD back her burger it was now good, they brought DS 5 pieces of shrimp and said it took so long we are taking the burger and shrimp off the bill and they said they were sorry.

We never complained, we said thank you. The meal took over 2 hours I think we arrived around 12:20. We did go ahead and trip our server 20% on what the total should of been. It was not her fault. And we told her we have AP discount if u want to get the discount u can have that as ur tip too, we were paying cash. She said OK give me ur pass. She did bring us free chocolate bread after DD burger arrived.?

I was super glad we had in all the big rides already and we had plans to go back 2 parks tomorrow or I would of been freaking how long it was taking.

It is good to hear they are trying to make things right. The Emporium is on our list to try this year. Not sure when we will work it in...lunch or dinner. I don't mind restaurants having issues...I do mind when they do nothing to make it right or you have bad service. Recently had a terrible experience at R*d R*b*n, but it was not the server's fault...I made it a point to speak with the manager and stress that we had no issues with the server (who had done a great job).
