Went to a great concert!

DH & I are big Chris Isaak fans. We went out to a near-by winery for his second-to-last show in the US (he & his band go on to Australia & New Zealand in November & December) What a show! Of course, the venue was beautiful. You can get a sit-down gourmet dinner, or you can buy a casual dinner at the golf course grill before the show. He sang his noted songs (American Boy, Wicked Game, Heart-shaped World, Life Will Go On) and he also sang the old Italian ballad, Return to Me, because his Mom was in the audience and she's Italian. He stayed after the show to sign merchandise - that man has the bluest eyes! I could ramble on, but I won't.

I've never been a huge fan of his music, But I like his show on Showtime.

He signed a black T-shirt for us. We had a white T-shirt & a cap signed when we saw him in Reno. He had his newest CD available, photos and several different shirts. He's great to stay 'til the very last person gets their autograph. (Of course, he won't sign anything but merchandise. Otherwise, he'd be there 'til dawn signing!)
