Went on Jaws today!

I forgot how much fun that ride is, we hadn't been on it since the early 90's.

The kids loved it and we had the funniest boat captain! His name was Kelly and he was hysterical, had the whole boat belly laughing.

How fun! I love that ride too. I am hoping that it is running when we are down next month, but I hear that lately it is only running during peak operating days.

Glad to hear that you got to ride. We went to US the Sunday of the Thanksgiving Weekend hoping it would be open but it wasn't. Maybe next time for us.

From what I've heard, once the new year hits, Jaws will again be closed until most likely the Spring Break rush hits.

Anyone know why they close it? It's not like US has SOOOOO many rides. It's dissapointing to hear that it will be closed b/c it's one of my mom's favorites and she doesn't do the more thrilling rides (Back to the Future, Mummy)....

They closed it because it had to have a rehab, I believe.

Jaws is one of my fave rides at US, and I think the guides are the best at Jaws.

No, they closed Jaws and will close it again because the current management is cheap and it saves them a few bucks.
