Wendy's new fries

I LOVED the old fries, when hot and fresh they were my fave (agree that sometimes Wendy's is bad about not serving hot and fresh). I do NOT like very salty tastes, but loved the salt "powder" that they used, for some reason. However, I detest the new ones, the skin left on isn't good, just adds a stiffness, and the sea salt is WAY too salty. I used to eat at Wendy's fairly frequently, since they switched to the new fries in November, I have been there 2 times only.

IF I eat any fast food, it's Wendy's. I didn't notice a change in their fries. My son and his friends talked about it and I overheard them. I had some yesterday and still don't see much difference. meh

I actually prefer new fries. The old ones always gave me heart burn and seemed soggy to me. My coworkers seemed to agree with me w/o my saying word one about fries, just walking in with wendys bag sets them going.

McDonalds (when hot and fresh) still has the best fries, but the new Wendys fries were good enough that I went back a second time days after I tried them for the first time. (Normally I go months between visits to Wendys) Then I realized it might become a problem, so I've stayed away ever since.

But I found them a vast improvement over the old Wendys fries.
