Poor baby.
I don't understand it. He is such a sweet puppy, so loving, and very well behaved. He's very intelligent, too, having learned fetch and sit quite well in the past 2 weeks. How could someone just abandon him like this?

Unfortunately, my allergies with him are enough that we don't dare keep him for much longer, so when I get off work tonight I'll be trying to reach that lady who said she'd be interested in him and see if she still is.
I hate, hate, hate to disrupt him again. But we have to consider what's best for him and us, and living in a home where he can't get the attention he deserves because my face breaks out and I have asthma problems with him isn't the best home for him.
And yes, I did try the allergy wipes. Worked great for about 6 hours, but we can't afford to wipe him down every day with the cost of those things. Yikes.
If you can spare some PD that we find the right *furever* home for him, I'd appreciate it.

to you for chasing him down
and taking him in when he was alone and abandoned.

And no one was home next door, either. :/
He was not a very good dog last night, went chasing after another small dog that had gotten out. Luckily I'd tied his leash to his collar so he wasn't able to pull loose from me, but even the full "Cesar Millan" "flop the dog on its side and keep it in full surrender pose" did absolutely nothing. He sounded *ferocious*, nipped at the other dog's nose once, but he never bit me or the other dog. But, now I know not to place him in a home with another small dog...
