Okay, some of you may or may not be familiar with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
It was created by a young girl with cancer, with hopes to achieve a goal.
A goal to grant other kids with life-threatening illnesses wishes.
I have been granted a wish, and am extremely thankful.
The young girl's name was Hope Stout.
Hope never made it through her battle with cancer.
She died shortly after beginning chemo.
Her diagnosis: a rare bone cancer called 'Osteosarcoma'.
My diagnosis: a rare bone cancer called 'Osteosarcoma'.
Oy vey!
I'm almost done with chemo,and have a 75% survival rate,but still!
She is the only other girl I know with OS and she dies!
It scares the YKW outta me.
My parents think I'm over-reacting.
But would this skeeve you out too?
