Well, it's been one month now

Since we lost Blaze. One month ago yesterday.

For some reason, I'm missing him more and more upset about it now (the past couple of days) than I was a month ago.

I'm having a hard time focusing today.

People and pets....I've been riding the same grief train you've been riding Rajah.

Can't seem to get thoughts of my dad out of my head this week...seems the grief we feel for our pets is so similar to what we feel for our "people".

I know how you feel. I still miss my Shadows and it's been years. There are some cats, like people that are special and you miss them more than others.

I have 3 cats in the house, and they are all wonderful, but they are still not my Shadows.

My husband was right it took 2 to take her place. I never want to get a grey cat again. I'll always compare the 2.

Why not try another kind of kitty, say a Scottish fold...

I was putting up some of J.C.'s clothes on ebay last night...we had separated them a few months ago and I just had never had the chance to put them up. In one of the pictures is my old Isis's head...I just cried!!

Rajah, I still miss my dog that I had from age 12 and she died almost two years ago now. Some pets are just special.
