We just got home yesterday afternoon. I was so sad to have to leave, but I missed my dogs. And having my own bed to sleep in. So, that's ok. At least we're going back next year!
It was sooooooooooooooooooooo humid when we were there. Like, epically so. But still fun! My mom used this Ride-Max thing when we were there, where basically you put in what rides you want to go on at which days and it gives you the best times to go in each line, when to get fast passes for what, etc. And that worked wonders!
On the first day we got there, I went on Splash Mountain...and it was so funny. Because, I LOVE that ride. BUT! The big drop scares the living daylights out of me. And I have a tendency to ramble when I'm nervous...so there I was. Sitting on that ride just aimlessly babbling about the most random things the whole time while my sister was all "KYLIE! Calm down! How many times have you been on this ride?! 10? 20 times?!"
O-well. It was still fun! Best ride ever...even if it does completely freak me out.
And I went Dinosaur with my dad twice. Both times he told me "You better keep your eyes open!" And I did! But...both times....in both pictures....my head was down. I was screaming. And all you could really see was this big mass of hair flying behind my head.
Oh! And I was actually able to go on Toy Story Mania this year! We got to MGM for EMH in the morning and RAN to the fast pass thing for it. There was already a HUGE line for it when we got there tho. Even the line to get fast passes was just ridiculously long. The ride was fun tho! I don't think it's worth waiting in line an hour for....but it was still fun! I epically failed tho. Can't aim for my life.
We went to eat at Prime Time Cafe that day for lunch and throughout the whole dinner my dad kept threatening to 'Tell' on us. So eventually, my mom, sister and I took a crayon and wrote "Tattles" on our napkins with an arrow pointing to him. And then, when our waitress saw them, she went to the back and made a tattle-tale hat for him to wear. He wore that on top of the "Clean Plate Club" sticker he earned.
We also ate at Whispering Canyon for dinner one night and my dad is like a monster when it comes to drinks. When he gets thirsty, he can scarf down a glass of water in a matter of seconds. And he was going through his drink so fast, that eventually the lady went and literally brought back a GALLON of coke for him in this huge glass. My sister was determined to have every last drop in it gone, so she helped him drink it.
Here's a pic of her doing it:
On our very last day, my family was the Flag Family at our hotel (the Wilderness Lodge, you know.
) and I was the one that got to put the American Flag up.
I have more pictures than just that one, but not on my computer atm. I WILL GET THEM THO! And as soon as I do, I will put them here. Promise.
And now! We must start our planning for NEXT YEAR!
