Well I just bought

A Sigma 18-125 lens, the petal hood, a uv protector, and a circle Polorized lens cover. I have read several folks on here raving about it, so hopefully I will be just as pleased.

I have the Rebel XT. I have been pleased with most of my pictures, but they haven't been a lot better than I used to get with my old nikon PS digital. I am hopeing that this will help me some. I have a big zoom, but was taking all of my Disney picks with the kit lens because it was a pain to switch lenses etc.

I have also been doing some reading on using more of the features of the camera, and think that I might be armed a little better for the next trip, both in terms of equipement and knowledge to get some better shots.

If you are not happy with the results you have been getting feel free to post some examples for input on how they can be improved. Just do not be too sensitive to the critiques, I understand that no one likes having their pictures disected but in the long run it may result in becoming a better shooter.

I have thick skin no problem and I want to get better, here are 3 that I took week before last.
