We'll go dancing in the dark, walking in the park and reminiscing...

Just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed the most recent segment (3/31/15) about extinct things. I could listen to Kevin talk about his old visits for hours. Some of his stories have been told several times, but are very fascinating.

I hope he and some others who have been going to the parks since the 1970s can do it again.

I didn't get to start visiting until 1997 but love hearing about the things of days gone by

Although I don't start crying about them like someone else on the show...

Somewhat off topic, but am I the only one who starts singing the songs that match lyrics the Podcast crew members say from time to time? This thread name got me singing and made me ask this question ...

That would be a good thread in of itself.
Teresa would have all kinds of depressing, Sarah McLaughlin songs.
Craig would have death metal?
Pete would do show tunes of course.

I haven't listened to the show yet as I'm saving the recent podcasts to entertain me on my drive to the Richmond DIS meet next week, but I also enjoy Kevin's stories of days of Disney past. My first trip was in 1978 so I remember almost everything that he talks about. It is really hard to explain how very different Disney World was back then. One park, 3 hotels, and only a small fraction of the number of guests who visit now. It had the much of the sense of intimacy that was spoken about with Disneyland. It was a much different experience than it is today.
