As the title says, we'll be in Paris next week gearing up for our days in the parks! I've been to Paris before, but not for years, and it's just me and my hubby going (last time I just followed my dad!)

Q1) Getting from CDG to Disneyland Paris.
My intention was to take the train, if we're lucky, the TGV, if not, then the Metro. However, having read about the VEA shuttle, I'm tempted. We're staying in the Kyriad, so I know we'd have to get off at the main bus station and get a bus to the hotel from there. My question - if we do take the shuttle, is it easy to get tickets if we haven't pre-booked them?

Q2) Check-in
We have a very early wake up call next weekend, and I know we'll arrive at the hotel (Kyriad) hours before checking in. If anyone has stayed there, do you think they'd be OK about us leaving cases there, go into Paris itself, and then return in the evening and check in?

Q3) Bags and glasses
I don't remember much from my last trip apart from getting whiplash on space mountain which ruined my day in the park! My hubby will probably carry a back pack, are there any rides where he wouldn't be able to take on a bag? If so, are there lockers near by?

Sorry for the questions, particularly if they have already been asked before. It's the first time I've gone away around Christmas, I'm not used to having to think about holidays at this time of year!

You dont need tickets for the VEA you can just pay on the day but it can be a bit chaotic from what Ive heard

You can check in to the Kyriad early and leave your luggage - you just wont get your room (although you might be lucky and find its ready early- I think we checked in about 11 the first time we stayed there and got our room right away)

There arent any lockers in the park (but is a left luggage store just outsdie the entrance and lockers at the station) but you can take a back pack with you on all the rides. Ive never done the big coasters there but on BTM usually just loop it round my foot

We always take the VEA - have always found it a pretty easy option to use and you can get tickets just beside where you board - the last few times we went children under 12 travel free one with each adult paying!

I always have a backpack (small size) on rides have never had a problem, put on floor behind legs - loop straps around legs for extra security!

Have a great time!

Excellent - thanks for the advice, really excited now! Just hoping that the snow stays away for a bit longer so that our flight leaves when it is meant to.
