Can I make a 9:20 Homecomin' after 8 PM Fantasmic?

I'll be driving, we would leave immediately after Fantasmic, straight to the car, and to Disney Springs.

There's also a 10:40 PM Homecomin' that evening but I feel like that could be too late.

I wouldn't even try it. Between the crowds getting out of Fantasmic, traffic, parking at DS and walking to Homecomin', I think it would be incredibly stressful.

Nope, don't think you will come close to making it. Maayyybe if you sat in the back row of F! and left just as it was finishing up and ran like crazy once you parked at Disney Springs, but honestly? Not sure you'd make it even then.

If you really want to do Homecomin' that night, I'd suggest you keep searching. People cancel plans all the time. However, I'd think you'd need at least 90 minutes to get there, maybe longer. Disney Springs traffic is pretty congested in the evenings.

I would do the 10:40 despite the odd hour… Disney traffic is unpredictable.

Yeah, it's tight for sure. I mean, on any given night it's possible should everything be coming up in your favor, but it's doubtful. Just exiting Fantasmic! alone can take a while, and most people leave the park after, so getting out of the parking lot will also be slow. Disney Springs could be hopping, and you will have to go through security there too (though that's usually pretty quick). I mean, you could try it, but it's going to be tough and, more importantly stressful. You'll be thinking about it the entire time! I think it would be better to plan soemthing else and not have to stress so you can enjoy Fantasmic! without strategizing your exit.
