I am back for a few....then off to hang a wallpaper.

Jennifer...great to see the packing coming along.

Shopping was great. Bought 7 shirts and a pair of slacks for around $50.00. YC brought out 3 more candles for $10.00. I picked up Sunflower and Apple Crisp.

Dr. thinks I need serious help I will explain in awhile. Neighbor came to hang wallpaper, gotta go.

My neighbor had to go back home for some material....I have a few more minutes.

Actually, he said I ask way too many questions about my diet so he will send me to a dietician because he doesn't have an hour to spend He also said I worry too much. Now the last time I went he wanted me to try harder...I guess I am trying too hard now. He was in a really bad mood, questioned why I was there on a Saturday...because your nurse told me to come on a Saturday He said that he still wants me to do the Adtkins diet (low fat), weight watchers with a mix of mediterranean diet (sp?)...but says I can eat fruit and vegetables, even those excluded by Adtkins....see why I am confused.

Gotta go!

Oh geez Amanda...is this guy an MD??? It never ceases to amaze me the things these supposedly people oriented, highly trained medical folks say and do!!! YES!!! I see why you are confused!!! Good...see a dietician (sounds like your doc needs to as well!)...the dietician will clear the muddy water and get you on the right path for you. Hope the shopping erased some of the bad vibes your doc created. Ugh! once in awhile I miss hospital nursing...but not dealing with those docs!!!!

Amanda, totally, totally confused about what the doc said. I don't think I would know which way to turn after that. Listen to nurse Jodie and go to a dietician.

Went grocery shopping.....I will not tell you what I spent! I spent a lot because I was stocking up on fat free/low fat/low carb stuff. It will be a lot less the next time I go and I only have to re-stock a few items.

Now I am going to relax a little. Just worked on my "project" for a few minutes, and will go back to it soon. Tonite I want to cuddle on the couch, crochet and watch Trading Spaces. I think a fire in the fireplace is in order also.

His island girls spoiling him and/or frolicking nearby, he sips a nice cool beverage as the hammock sways in the breeze while listening to the soothing sound of the surf rolling in.... Ahhhhh..... much better.
