Back from hanging wallpaper....one more working day to go and then move on the chaulking.

Elaine....I would love to tell you what I can eat, but I am still confused. I thought apples, watermelon, lima beans...etc where not a good thing to eat if you do Atkins. He said I could do the Atkins diet, but couldn't have all the fatty things (sausage, hamburger). He said Weight Watchers is good also, but I told him I tend to eat a lot of carbs if I do Weight Watchers because they are worth less points. The Mediterranean diet takes out all the dairy products I am not suppose to eat. He looked at me and said I am healthier than 90% of the patients he sees. How can he look at me and know that? I have high cholesterol, glucose intolerance and a spastic colon that I am currently controling by diet and exercise. I'd hate to see the other 90% of patients. He did call me say that by no way am I fat....atleast I got one slight compliment. I think he had a bad Friday night or bad Saturday morning.

Meriweather...I know shep signed up for the yc exchange, he better think again if he thinks he will be using the candles I bought. I am just hoping the individual he gets doesn't like any of the scents I bought. The candles that were 50% off at our store were behind the counter and they weren't yelling about them being on sale. I seen them because the 50% off shelf they hide is next to the counter. They also said this weekend would be the end for 50% off.

It has been a long day. I think I need to rest under a shady tree.

Bear in mind.... that the color is NOT staying in, so already, after only two days, it's rinsing out which leaves me with everything from bright red, to brown to blonde.

I have a feeling I'll be relying on the dk. mahogany color enriched shampoo to even all of this out. Also, although I like the red, I think it looks better dark. Any opinions/advice for me YaYas?

Hi Amanda! drag a hamock under the palm tree and relax! I meant to say earlier, talking to a nutirtionist will make you feel much better than that doctor. I had to go see one when I was pregnant (ges. diabetes) and she had a well thought out easy to understand plan. Plus, they actually take the time to listen to you! I hope it goes well!
