Wow, Bethie, you have been busy lately! You also reminded me that my dad has been in your neck of the woods the last few days. He was lucky to get to see the blossoms. I did see some daffodils but honestly, it hasn't been the weather bugging me lately. Though it doesn't help

SIL called early this morning to tell me my nephew wouldn't be coming, so I went back to bed. Feel nice and refreshed now. Julian & I are gonna head out soon for a walk around the neighborhood.

Paula, sorry about that spare key thing. I guess it was a lesson learned. We have spare sets hanging and have really learned to appreciate them. (Espceially me...I won't mention the call I made to home for someone--Mom answered the call--to bring the spare key set b/c some idiot me left the car running and locked the car, and not all that long ago )

It is a lovely day here, but I wouldn't know exactly--inside working. Work stress is building and will definitely kick up a notch soon. I am leaving tomorrow a.m. for Columbus, with plans changed up a bit, not certain how it will all shake out, but it will. I look forward to walking those 13.1 miles Saturday a.m. I need time away.

Hi y'all... been cleaning and stuff

Sherry, never made it back to bed. Did hte cleaning instead. It is a nice day here for a walk. A wee bit over cast, but not too bad. After I eat lunch I have a few errands to run, but I think I will do them walking instead of driving and skip biking due to that. Glad you were able to sleep in some today too.

As for the weekend...visiting in Columbus and completing the walk. Then back home that evening. Still trying to decide if I am going to church on Sunday since they all think I am out of town and Sunday after the services is going to be very busy (baptism celebration, VBS meeting and choir practice). Seems like a good day to stay home and study my Bible

Well, i just thought I would share with you all my GOOD news for the day....goodness knows I have shared enough bad. Lily and some other DIS folks form the WISH board are headed to the Expo for the 1/2 marathon today. They had to pick up goodie bags and race stuff. They also were going to try to meet up with John Bingham, the guy who is an author and motivation to many of us on the WISH boards to get out and do these events. He is quite an inspiration.....well he called me this morning! Lily must have found him and then had him give me a call!!! I was floored. It was such a cool suprize! I still can't beleive he called here!!! So, for the YaYa's that are going to get to meet this weekend. Have a great time! I so wish I could be there with you guys. I am sure you will have a great time. Take LOTS of pictures too!!!!

The job is going quite well. I got to work in my office for a good part of the day yesterday, and I really do think this will work out quite well. Everybody has such great things to say about the department I work in, and the people really could not be any nicer. My coworker even gave me a ride home Wednesday night...and she had a very nice antenna topper on her car to boot. A red, white and blue stars and stripes Mickey....he was very faded and needed a little bit of refreshing...so as a way to say thanks, I left a couple of new toppers on her desk with a thank you note! She LOVED the toppers and gave me a big hug. We got to chat on the way home too...so it was kind of a nice "getting to know you" time.

Amanda, I am keeping my fingers crossed about the rain!! Hope you guys stay dry tomorrow and the weather is wonderful!! Have fun....sorry I am going to miss you. Did you make cookies? Have a few for me!!!

Elaine, Have a great time with everybody!! PLease do have some Greaters for me....pick a flavor...any flavor!! We are looking at the Accord..they have a great lease deal on them here now...and to be honest, leasing may be a better option for us since we are really fed up with cars that break down and them having to pay for all the repairs to them...and Greg would most likely trade every three years anyway. Not sure what we are going to do at this point though because we have to get the loan for the house and don't want anything to prevent that from happening. I think we may get the car fixed and then after we get the house...we can deal with the car. Decisions, decisions!! Yuck!

Nancy, what is new with you? Sounds like you have been busy..as usual. You work too hard!! How did M'Cori like her pearl? I am guessing she loved it!!

JRKaren, good luckwith the cleaning! I would love to come and help...but I am without a car this weekend. Sorry.....come get me and I will gladly help! I know that is a daunting task! Good luck with getting things cleaned out. Stop by when you get a chance. I should be here all weekend!!
