Good morning gang,

Woohoo! I'm only 2 hours from spring break!!!

My plan for spring break include a dentist appt for myself a dentist appt for Jarrod the next day and yard work. I'm also going to try and hit Busch Gardens at least one day. Other than that it will be cleaning house and trying to find things I think I can sell on ebay!! I'm such a chicken...I'm afraid no one will want my stuff! But I do have lots of "stuff"!!!

The Jarrod story of the day:
Yesterday was bunny day so Jar took this little oval bunny that is purple (I had the Thumper from TDS that actually thumps and he didn't want to take it ) Anyway, on the bus one of the other kindergartners told him that it looked like a purple booger! he was very upset and said it "huwt his fewings" and then when he got to school his friend "Wivia" told him his ears were pink. and this also "huwt his fewings". So my mom asked what color were Olivia's ears. He told her brown. So she reasoned that since his skin is pink that it was okay he had pink ears (for some reason his ears are a little darker right now..usually only happens when he is sleepy). But he told my mom, "but I'm white so I'm 'posed to have white ears not pink!!"

I'm so excited about being able to scrap for the entire day today!!! woohoo!!

Elaine...yes that was wishful thinking but aren't we all supposed to have some kind of dream that will never come true???

Sherry..woohoo!! happy anniversary to you two!! enjoy CF!

Nancy...what kind of creature are you all talking about?? Picture please! Happy birthday to dave!

Suzanne...sorry the wardrobe thing didn't work out. Oh and thank you for explaining the stealing of bandwidth!! That's pretty cool!!

Alan... At least the games that the Natives came up with have longevity!! Do you think they played those with the settlers too?

Kimmar...how's that testing going??? Did you pass?

Which Kimmie? I can't keep the Kimmys straight anymore. If it's me... Sigh...ya know, I have come to YaYa'ville lately and started to post, but... sigh, I just can't keep up with ya'll. Nor do I seem to be able to come up with anything to say that's very much of a contribution. I'm glad ya'll are still going strong though. Keep goin'... YaYas rock.

Nancy, owners decided on black or white tops and dark bottoms. The dark bottoms are NOT a problem. Six years of black bottoms here. I'm actually getting rid of some that I hate on my way in today. Goodwill drop off, here I come. It's going to be nice to wear navy, khaki, olive and brown. More casual than some of what I have been wearing, but still nice. Black or white tops-that was the kicker. I've got all these nice, colorful blouses (you saw some) and I can't wear them to work!

Tara, enjoy that vacation! Scrap some for me, okay? I bought a ton of Disney pages to use for a 'motivation wall' at the store and never got around to them. Think they'll mind all the disney stuff at the new place?

Lainey, the time I went to CF by myself (work trip) I took the cheesecake home after the horrible server took two hours! Then he was incredulous that I was *only* getting a slice with strawberries on top!

Hmmm, there's one in Tampa and I learned the trick-go between lunch and dinner. Maybe I should head over there soon with Ed!

Sherry, I think you are wrong on the only get one... that's what left over cheesecake is for Get two, he can have a bite of each and then you have lots for yourself this weekend

I admit I haven't watched LAX since high school... it was a fun sport to watch and play as well!

Suzanne, sorry you had to exchange some things... good luck prepping for the new job. When do you start?

Been cleaning up the kitchen just so I can make it messy again with cookie baking. We have our long rehearsal tomorrow and it was requested that I bring cookies for the group. They are just plain old chocolate chip, but everyone seems to love them
Oh wait, I need chocolate chips... eek! need to run to the store I guess!

Our little guy is pink Matches our kitchen which is where he is perched...in the window.
Only color Dave could find, but he was only about $8.

A house with NO chocolate chips!! Unheard of
I think there is about 20 pounds here....in various brands and "flavors"....mostly semisweet.

I need to get going.

Just got back from the store... I now have all the chocolate chips I'll need for a while! I seriously am still shocked I was out and didn't realize it until now

Suzanne, the white or black only tops would be a problem for me too. Thanks to luis I am now a colorful person on top That server at the CF sounds obnoxious too! Shame on him! We found thta going at about 4PM is a good time for our CF. Wish I could go today, but alas, it's Friday and I want the dang chicken

Pink sounds cute and I think I paid double for mine Oh well, he's still cute and very happy sitting on my desk I think they are adorable!

LOL, sorry Tara LAX is very common around here for Lacrosse... got me the first time too when I saw it since I was thinking LA Aiport as well So what flavors of chips do you have? I just have semi sweet, peanutbutter & chocolate swirls and then peanut butter and chocolate mix. I think this weekend will be boring old chocolate chip cookies though. Not sure if anyone has any nut allergies in the choir.

Off to knit... just not doing much else well today.

Chocoalte chip cookies aren't boring!! They are the BEST!!
I have semisweet, double chocolate, white, peanut butter, butterscotch, caramel swirl.,...whatever they are, raspberry chocolate, mint, cinnamom, and probably more I can't think of right now.
But ....about 15 pounds of semisweet...thanks to Dave's work.

Little guy was cheaper there because he wasn't imported and it wasn't WDW!!
You have a picture Elaine? If not, I will try to get one later (I really need to leave).

Went to Marshall's and Sam's. What a fiasco. My nephew cried THE WHOLE TIME! Nothing made him happy and he cried so hard at the checkout at Sam's that he threw up. He is now sound asleep and I am washing his pants and jacket.

Elaine, I guess your right, 2 would be good, but I'm *supposed* to be on a diet. I guess I have a right to splurge today, though, huh?

However, I was just playing Easter Bunny myself. I went home for a bit to help Mrs. AA set up for the horde of kindergartners who should be running amuck at my house as I type this

I set up tables and hid eggs in the back yard.

She offered to host Abigail's class Easter party.

Dishwasher is still broke Nancy. Just heard from the repairman today. He tells me they had to special order the part and it's expected in today. If this thing isn't fixed by Monday, I am finished with the nice patient customer bit.

LOL, Todd, those are little solar powered bobble head kind of things from Japan. They just tilt their head from side to side at about the speed of a second... kind of like a tic toc rhythm. I think they are cute!

Made pizza and now I have 59 cookies ready to be baked. First set is in the oven. I sure hope everyone eats some tomorrow
