The background was not this dark in the originial but my scanner apparently thought it should look differently. I tried to fix it, but nothing worked. My copy you can see the outline of my head!

This one turned out the same way.

Also, are my new siggie pics too big? I only erased the website from the codes but they look bigger than they should. They are both the scr 200 height. but I might need to change the width too.

Tara, you just fixed them The pixel size is okay but your byte size is over 20K each... you can only have 35K total...

Yep, I am a mothy lady here!!

Tara, do you have any photo editing software? You'll need to resize them there instead of using the coding you have to make the pixel size smaller. WHen you resize in software that will make the byte size small enough (hope that makes sense... I am kind of half awake right now)

RE: working for a pharma company...I do love it...but YES all of the female sales reps are either gorgeous beauty queens or grandmothers with years of sales experience. I dropped the idea of doing sales when I learned that lesson. Now I'm focusing on the HR department...recruitment area specifically....hate the policy areas.
