Sounds like we are all busy today. From the looks of things Todd is burried in TV Land. He's being oh so quiet.

Girls breakfast went fine. We all decided that we are going to try for a Las Vegas trip in March. Not sure I can afford to go with the gals as we are planning to go with neighbors the end of the same week the gals are going. It is convenient for me b/c it is in the same week. I just need more $$. Oh well to dream.

Busy cleaning for our "guests" tonight. Wanted to stop by and say hi to everyone. Liz and Karen, don't over doooo it. Elaine you too now that you are on the injured list. Just take it easy today and enjoy things. Seems as if pajama party would be such fun! I'm ready too.

Kristy--ya mean the new series they just did? No, we tried both times it was on and the cable kept going out every few minutes. We were VERY frustrated--kept missing bits and pieces of the story! and you will LOVE Lord of the Dance!! We saw it about 3 years ago--2nd row seats!!!

Uh-oh! Lainey overused her middle finger! Easy to do when you're bowling--ball was too heavy or not quite properly balanced in your hand and that finger took the punishment. Put a splint on it and enjoy showing off your injury!!

Rose Mary, I'm sorry you had to work today, but glad it was your choice. I used to be one of the first ones at my old job to volunteer for the OT, too. Now I just work an extra hour every day, keep track and take a 3 or 4 day weekend now and then!

Lily, hope you can figure a way to do the double Vegas trip!! What fun that would be!!

CS, I sure hope he makes it on Tuesday! Enjoy whichever movie you decide on. Although, if you are anything like Bella, the movie won't make much difference.......kissy-kissy!!!!!

Pam, those scouts must have constitutions of iron!!! I can't imagine enjoying being anywhere but under several layers of blankets and comforters INSIDE my heated home when it's -2º!! And they're camping in tents??!! How many come home with frostbite and/or pneumonia?

Deena, so glad to hear last night wasn't so bad. Good you were able to spend some time with her and even laugh.

Hi all!

Busy day at work...the cold weather caused a lot of people to do retail therapy! Plus, we've got some really good sales and got the valentine's stuff out. 14.99 DVD's aren't hurting, either

Todd? I think he's gone to Direct TV heaven. If he's anything like my DH, he'll show up a couple of weeks from now, barely ketchup, and disappear for another month! LOL!

Karen, please take advantage of the Spa jacuzzi today...and take it easy going back to work! Bummer about no cutie doctors. My ortho is quite cute, I think I need to find a reason to see him before I move to Florida

I saw the 'making of' about that Battlestar Gallactica and it didn't appeal...but I am buying the DVD set of the original...I would be camped out in front of the tv every week for that show!

Liz, my DH wants to wear his disney store Henley Jammies to my store party tomorrow night! I have a jammie convert...he'd never wear them, now he loves these so much, I had to go buy three pairs!

I'm being really lazy. I need to make the crabcakes for tomorrow and I don't feel like it. But I must, because DH doesn't know how and the party is right after work!

I got a couple of those DVDs, Suzanne.....there wasn't much left at the store though...probably a good thing.
I got a little at BAB, Kristy. They have such cute things. I already sent Elaine a picture of Lily Belle's winter outfit. I will have to upload it and share. I added "shades" to it today. And she got some jammies, so she is ready to join in the Yaya jammie party.
Yankee Candle did us in....we were SO bad! Only went in to get the list of the candle of month for the next year and found they were having loads of things at 50% off. Guess what everyone is getting for presents ALL year?
And...the schedule wasn't out yet Only found out that this month is French Vanilla and next is Roses on a Cliff (I think that was it).

So, now I need to go feed kitties and answwer mail and PMs. Be back later....if anyone is still around.

Nancy Lily Belle looks so KEWL!!!!!! Love her new outfit. I'll take a picture of curly in his valentine's outfit tomorrow and post it.
We were VERY tempted to buy the Lord of the Dance bear tonight. He was cute too.
BTW.....FANTASTIC show tonight!!! We both love Celtic music..but this 5 times better than just listening to the cd...you get the music AND all the wonderful dancing. Some pretty HOT guy dancers There were chicks too...made all the men happy I definitely recommend seeing it if it comes your way.

So Beth Beth.....do I need to send you our SG-1 tape???

Nancy thanks for the birthday card It was very sweet of you. Today was the first day this week we have been to the new house so needless to say I hadnt checked the mail there this week.
I'm going to be joining Todd in Direct Tv heaven. I went and got the 3 room system at Circut City today. You get a $150 rebate so its free and you get a $75 circut city gift card. Planning on getting Evan a game cube for his birthday so that will come handy. Now to get all this hooked up and our Tivo too and we will be so cool

I think I like a bad boy too!!! It's funny the person we saw ROTK with on Friday didn't like Orli as anything but the Elf. She thought he looked too rough and gruffy for her taste. I said, yeah, I just like a bad boy I guess
