Wow, mothy bunch today, aren't y'all?
It was a busy day here...we met some good friends for brunch (yum!), then went to Ikea to get another DVD bookcase. They were out, so we drove to the next closest (45 miles) to find that they were out of the ones we wanted, too! Oh well, then came home and had leftover chicken parmesean and stuffed shells for din din.
Let see...can I catch up 10 pages and not take a whole page by my lonesome, LOL!
P Nut...Bellinis are champagne with either peach nectar or peach schnapps and possibly grenadine. The peach schnapps will sit here for a while, we both prefer them with the peach nectar.
Went new jammie happy last month, just in time for my bout with the flu. DH's run in with the flu got him hooked on the disney henley jammies...now he's got 3 pairs of them.
Romance novels? Closest I get to them is probably the Mary Higgins Clark stuff, but love Marian Keyes books. Then my usual suspects are mystery/adventure/espionage stuff. I guess it's because I'm not really a mushy type.
Nancy, I went into the supermarket to get those black and white m&m's, thinking they wouldn't have too much...wrong! They have more than the old style. Thanks for the heads up that they taste nasty. Does this mean that over indulged rock stars will insist on only white m&m's in their dressing rooms at concerts?
Todd, local channels around here run us five bucks a month. Only bummer is that we like both the baltimore and dc stations and had to pick one over the other.
Liz, flamed? Yikes! That's nuts, especially since you asked a sincere question. I like the DisAbilities crowd, they've been helpful with my son's issues. I try to pay it forward when others come on with questions about similar issues.
Deena, I've moved several times in my life and I'm always amazed at what some people think looks good. I rented a house that had a purple tub, toilet and sink!

Even nuttier were the colors when we moved into my mom's house when I was a kid...my bedroom required 10 coats (yes, ten!) to not have the fluorescent pink bleed through! On the kid front, we've got one on the block that I have NEVER seen the parents, but he's out at all hours (6 years old) and he's a nosy bugger!
Tara, glad you enjoyed that wedding...we can dance together at the ya ya wedding, cuz I am not a great dancer, either. I like to sing, and I can't do both at the same time! Nice pictures!
Nancy, DH proposed in bed upon my waking up, LOL! Not something I would suggest to my son. Growing up near the beach, heard of many innovative beach proposals. I also heard of going to the movies and getting cracker jacks and that was in her box...fiance arranged it ahead of time that she'd get the right box.
Looks like all the yayas sneated since I started writing my most recent novella!
Todd, bought a Toshiba 37 inch last year...love it! It was between that and the Sony. DH with the 8 year old glasses insisted that the Sony was clearer, but it wasn't. The downer was that we brought it home and it didn't fit in the entertainment center. We look like the commercial, because it is swimming in the new cabinet, but I won't get a bigger tv. We're dangerous here, two people who know how to wire the stuff, so I could go buy new a/v stuff and put it in by myself!
Wow, I caught all the way up and even refreshed to catch any other sneaters. Thanks for all those looking for me. It was a busy day off here, so I didn't hang out much. Back to work in the am, get ready for the DM visit. I'm nervous about this one, because I'm going to tell her my intentions regarding moving to florida.
Hi Kristy, Kimmy, Kama, Bettysgetti, and everyone else.
