Morning everyone!! Thanks for the birthday greetings Dh is at work and Connor and I are up--everyone else sleeping. Michael goes back to school tomorrow and Matthew the 8th. As part of my birthday present Im going to have dh take Michael to school I the am so I can sleep in 1 last day Then back to my early mornings. I think I look forward to summer more than the boys do
Your guys are right I think she did just delete it. I dont know why I just didnt think of that. But I still dont know why she didnt read it, she seems to like grating on peoples nerves and she read one from Gail Hayden. I think Gail was a tad harsher than I was, lol.
DH gave me a Linkin park cd for my birthday. My grandma came over yesterday and gave me a purse and brought a cake. I didnt let anyone eat any since Matthew was at his dads. He will be home today

hi guys!!!

hope everyone is doing well. how dare anyone flame a yoyo?! especially when its not even any kind of an attack!

Deena...how is your birthday so far?

Liz...I made my special dinner and I think it went over very well

i'm not sure who it was that asked what chicken fontina was (i'm a bad yoyo for not ketchuping ) its a chicken breast thats been pounded sensless till its very thin and then you put in a chunk of FRESH mozzarella and roll it up into a ball (because you've pounded it, it should stick together). then roll it in flour, then beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs that have a hefty dose of parmesan and parsley and salt and pepper. put each ball into a greased baking dish with a pat of butter on top and cook at 425 for 25 minutes. put on top of pasghetti with tomatoe sauce.

Great news for me today!! I got to take my splint off. I lost 10 pounds instantly!!!! And it feels so much better not to have all that weight resting on my incision. Ahhhhh!! Now if I could just get my foot to be happy while sitting...it likes to throb A LOT if it is touching the groud. Oh darn, more time in bed for me!!!! A girl could get used to this you know...Now bring on the bon bons and bellini's!!

shep, i'm feeling great thanks! i'm taking tylenol cold at night so i can sleep easier and my fever was only around for a few hours

Deena- the chicken is really good! but dont have it for lunch! its more of a dinner dish cause its so heavy (i guess thats the word)

liz- lol at the kissy faces! and we had PLENTY of time to kissy kissy

Nancy- the person who taught me to make this used mozzarella, but i think i'll try making it with fontina some time...i've actually never had fontina cheese.
