As loose as possible, absolutely!! But, Kimmie keeps Apolo locked in her closet and we can't chase him with silly string or make him give us footie rubs or even put eyeliner on him!!!

Today has been a crappy day--a friend of mine is in the hospital with pneumonia, I have finally discarded some baggage that has been carrying me down and making me act like someone I don't want to be, and my DH has the day off while I am sitting here at the office making up work waiting for the Fed Ex man to come make his pickup! I should have just come relax in the spa earlier!!

Rose Mary, I truly hope your DH is able to come home to stay! so they might have missed a gall stone? Hope all is well SOON!!! You don't need all this stress! How is that special project coming--has it started yet?

Creative accounting step number two--File your income taxes immmediately upon receipt of the last piece of info needed. Any refund goes in the DL fund. And don't forget the Lifetime Learning Credit on DDs tuition (good until the year she turns 24!) But you probably already know that......not too creative, I guess

Beth - you will laugh at this - UPS tech guy was up here from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm - CD rom is completely gone on the PC - and the computer is less than 1 year old. But he broke 2 latches/buttons trying to get into the harddrive.... so I have to box this baby up and ship it to Gateway to be repaired. The good news is that he used another CD rom to get my labels out for me. And he says that I have instilled the Wrath of Pam among them all!! They freak out when I call now!!

Shep - how is Amanda's Mom doing? This is the hardest thing to have to endure - watching a loved one slowly die. I am praying for all of you. Many's birthday party sounds like it was a great one - and woohoo on the winnings!

Drive to the airport was okay. The road was icy until town, but not too bad. Traffic wasn't bad. Only took an hour and a half :rollyes:
The road up this way was worse coming back.....sun is shining on it and making it slick!! It will be far worse tomorrow morning after it refreezes....but I don't have to go anywhere

Yep, got housework to do.....always have house work to do.
Company?? Nah! none here.....just DD. she isn't company.....she leaves way more mess than company does. She will be back Sunday (another trip to the airport).

But.....I had a wonderful time stopping at the mall on the way home
Spent tons of money.....Hallmark, Bath and Body (wonderful sales!), Disney (not too much there, but got a couple tees), Yankee (wonderful sales....but only until the 2nd) and got my monkey, Lily some new duds at Build-a-Bear! Such fun!!

Todd....glad you made some money. Never happens to me.
Roller rink parties are fun and sure easier than having them at home!

Beth...don't think MY DL fund will get any income tax money.
I just pile the papers in a heap and ship them off to the accountant We're lazy with that.....makes my head hurt!

Oh Pam..sneated...I got a scarf I had wanted and he also surprised me with a weighted keyboard so I can play piano! The funny thing is he had consulted with a friend of ours with this purchase and I'd consulted with this friend's girlfriend (who is a violinist)-totally separately- about buying the violin I gave Nick....so those two knew what we were getting and that they were sort of related items!

We went to visit my Mom's jeweler in the city to look at diamonds and settings.
