Lame catch up from Elaine time... I hope you all know I really do read everything... it's just been a day... I've had too many of those lately Unfortunately some of you know and some of you don't, but stress and my body don't agree. When I stress, my body shuts down and all aches and pains with FM flare adn the next thing you know I am cooped up in bed not wanting to move.

So when I say my thoughts and prayers are with those who need it... it isn't fluff... just not quite a heck of lot in me to do full catch ups

So hugs and love to all who need it... and thanks for the smiles for those who were goofy and wonderful! You all are great!!!

Good evening yaya's!!

First, Congrats Jeannie on your picking of rings and such. When you plan the wedding don't let the stress get to you!! (That's what's causing the girl I know to have such a hard time...too many chefs are spoiling the broth!)

I finally got out to shop today and found way more than I really needed but it was fun. I picked out a pair of velour black pants and a burgundy and black shirt. It's a fun shirt with flared sleaves. I also found a purple/midnight blue outfit for school and a couple of shirts. Set me back a bit 'o change, but what the heck!! Then we went to Walmart and my mom bought me a new electric bed warmer and a big fuzzy bath robe since I'm always snuggled up on the couch in a blanket. I'm sitting in it now and it so comfy...only $11. I couldnt' resist!! Oh and we had the best meal today. We ate at PF Chang's China Bistro (if you've never been and one is near you, you gotta try it. It's chinese cuisine but served family style and the atmosphere always reminds me of places at WDW.) Anyway, we had all appetizers...wonton soup with chicken, shrimp, wontons, mushrooms, and fresh spinach leaves dropped in right as they bring it out to you, then we had lettuce wraps...oooohhhh yummy! and we finished it with Peking Dumplings fried...wow were they good. Matilda has been full all day!! So it was a nice day of shopping and dinning!! Now tomorrow is house work day..blech!

Elaine....hope you feel better. I don't know what FM is but I hope it gets better for you. Rest, read a good book, drink a glass of wine and snuggle with the ole hubby! That should improve things

Liz...wishing you lots of luck with the ole doc and the ankle. I've had 3 knee surgeries and I know it ain't fun when they work on the legs. Seems everything you do suddenly requires you move your leg or foot around. Good luck!!

Elaine, me too--dont know what FM is, but if you're feelin kinda poorly, then do what you need to get yourself back on. (Lucky thing we're in the spa then I bet you could use some treatment or another.)
Von, sorry about your puter erasing thing. I have started using Word and write some of my longer things so I can save as I go. Then copy it over. Works better for me and my mothy self.

Tara, not boring. I love to hear when others shop and do things as I don't do that as much as I would like so live vicariously through others.

and I do feel the love from each and every one of you!! That is why I love it here....Spa or Yurt, there seems to be plenty of happiness regardless of the place in which we dwell. Again, thanks ofr allthe well wishes....I seem to be getting a bit more anxious as time goes on, but I have been through this 6 other times, so it should not be too bad...no cast and a Disney trip to motivate recovery!! Tara, sounds like you got some excellent shopping in!!!

FM is fibromyalgia. Doesn't bother me a lot of the time, but under stress it can (and does). More or less for me it feels like someone is doing an "Indian Sunburn" on my muscles beneath the skin. Kind of wipes me out.

Sorry about the loss of that catch up Von! Very frustrating
