Movie was good. I admit I shed a tear or 2 I'm a wuss and cry at most anything. (Probably even Kimmie cookies )

Well, I would go to the free movie.....but it is so far away and I am going there tomorrow to get my hairs done. 2 days in a row, not sure if I am up to that......but still thinking on it.

Better day at work, boss knows I'm irritated (then I also found out what they're building behind the mall a cooking store)! Did a bit of retail therapy at NY & Co on my break, too.

Neil had an equally bad day today. I think regular teacher realized she was mighty flippant in her email yesterday, backpedalled and said to write it in his planner, too. Okay.

Wow, what a day, two missing yaya sistah's post... Hi, Kristy! Hi, Liz!

Nancy, I want some of those bar cookies, they sound really good-three things I really like in them. Gimme a few minutes to upload the picture I just took of the topper-it was given to Disney employees who participated in various activities. Of course, they gave them away up in the DC area after I'd moved away, so Kimya was nice enough to send me one!

Off to mom's in the morning. She's sounding so much better each day...but the waiting is getting on her nerves. We find out how involved her treatment will be on Friday, chemo or radiation?

I think my sister is finally going to come out of the dark ages. Her foot injury is a career ender, so she's decided to go to school to become a nurse...and she needs a computer to do some of the courses. Woohoo, this makes life sooo much easier! This is the same sister that we bought a DVD player for-she's such a luddite, lol!

Okay, gotta reboot to get the laptop to recognize the card reader again, so I'll post this and come back in a few.

Oh yeah, sorry, I thought you knew about Lady and the Tramp. Also next year is Little Mermaid in October. The favorites are cycling back through, Cinderella is the last classic that hasn't been on DVD. Yep, got 'em all.

Which brings me to a funny story tonight. I got yet another solicitation to join the Disney Movie Club, to which we've already been members for about two years. I open the envelope to take out the stickers, then Kevin looks at the movie choices "Got it, got it, got it, got it, mommy don't want it, got it, got it" Of the 70 choices, there were 6 we didn't have. No Pocohontas 2 in this house, buddy boy! He did ask very sweetly if we could get him Flubber!

Morning, Ya Ya Family! Too tired to post when I got home from the store last night--I just crashed. Going to "sing-a-ling tonight, instead of ding-a-ling and lucky Dave has the day off! He put in a lot of extra hours last week between a problem with the program and one of his workers not showing up on time.

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!! I gotta get me one of those FrankenMickey toppers! Suzanne, are those still available in the parks? And what's the purple one with all the "things" hanging off it? Spider? I LOVE your little display!! So sorry Neil is having so much trouble sleeping (sledge hammer gets my vote, btw) and is behaving so badly in school. It's so hard for these kids to learn to control themselves. My heart goes out to you, girlfriend! Hope things ease up with him and with your job too. You don't need grief from the offspring AND the workplace!! Still waiting for you to PM me your addy so I can send off these die-cuts to you. Thanks for the inspiration--I made an encouraging note for our bulletin board at the store and my manager was quite pleased!

I bet it seems like a year since Junior left, eh, Sherry?! You made it thru without committing murder, too!! Time to take a break and let him ride herd on your not-so-little guys for awhile. I'm thinking a day at a real spa and some pampering might be in order!! Just let him take over and you take some time just for yourself, now--you certainly earned it.

Tara, you DID have a good night at bowling on Monday! You don't REALLY have to throw out all the tests you've done at school so far, do you?! What a PITA, if you do!! Hope the new program makes things easier for you, at least.

Leaving for mom's in a few. Woke up with a headache and Ed let me sleep. Darn sinuses.

Kept Neil home today-he apparently was up again at 4am. We know that if we sent him in, he would have done something to earn a suspension. calling the psychiatrist, since he's in the office today-and tell him we cannot have this go on with Neil's sleep.

Beth, the frankenmickey came from the Disney store. Haven't gotten to the parks yet to get the other ones. (I wanna give Kevin a hookey day for that, but the perfect attendance thing keeps me from doing it). Sorry, PM on its way.

Lainey, the spring/summer stretch cotton blouses were a big hit with me, I bought six over the summer. Now they've got the same styles in long sleeve, and they're in this rich jewel tones. I got this nice green, bought a white to switch out with the turquiose when they get my size back in. I almost bought a garnet colored shirt. And the ubiquitous black capris for work. I got upgraded to a gold card, so yesterday was 10% off, then I got a coupon for upgrading. Got 100 of stuff for 65!

Need t make some phone calls. I'll check back in tonight.

Beth...I did have to throw out all of teh computer tests. But I know how to do it the right way now. But the funny thing is while most of the kids this morning have done much better with better instructions and guidance, I still had 3 whose scores dropped go figure!

Okay, off to rearrange my classroom. My layout is not conducive to a good reading class. Of course if they had left me in my old room that would have been absolutely perfect for this! ugh!!
