Morning, all!! Cool?! It was downright COLD this morning! A whopping 47º when I got up!! I got to wear my WDW sweatshirt!!!
Hope all goes well with mom and the chemo today, Suzanne. Had to giggle over the Cleopatra Syndrome--my dad had it too. Claimed he had chronic bronchitis and an inoperable tumor in his lung, but would never admit to having cancer. Sigh.....Dave never even got to meet him.

Oh, and a FrankenMickey for me too, if you can! Thanx so very much!!
Ooo, nasty ole needles!! Sorry about the blood draw today, Nancy. Glad to hear you have something fun planned for afterward. Is that your reward for being good at the doc?! My mom used to promise us rewards like that for holding still and not crying when we went for shots and things when we were kids!!
Ahhh.....such fond memories of KI and CP. Lived in Cleveland for 7 years and never made it to Geauga Lake, though. Funny how the rides at KI are basically the same as at King's Dominion, here, yet KI is so much more appealing. Might have something to do with being able to do more than 4 rides in 12 hours at KI
I'm tellin' you allergy sufferers--immunotherapy really works!! I don't have anywhere NEAR the problems I used to. Think how much $$$ you'd save on tissues and sinus/headache/cough meds, not to mention the doctor bills when
the allergic rhinitis develops into an infection or bronchitis! I can very much sympathize with the nearly constant complaint of congestion, sinus pressure and/or the itchy eyes, etc. Hope ya'll feel better soon! It's no fun bein' miserable, I know.
Elaine, those are such beautiful pictures!!! I know I've got a bunch of rose pix from our spring trips, but I don't have anything even close to those. And I hafto agree, those ARE perfect roses. Love that bud, especially.
Hmmmm, so now Jarrod is claiming he just "does what the voices tell him to do"??!!!

I love it!!! But, of course he doesn't get why it's wrong--look at what the cartoon characters on TV do to each other all the time! Practical jokes such as making someone fall down are normal behavior in cartoons. How many of us actually sit thru every single cartoon with our kids and point out every little thing--"Oh, that wasn't nice, was it?" or "Gee, he could have gotten hurt! Do you think it was right for him/her to make her/him fall off that cliff?" It's daggone hard to teach kids to be nice, these days! Is it any wonder respect and compassion are getting lost?
So sad---jerk boss, I mean boy dork, I mean boy genius is going to be in Canada the next 2 days, so today is the last day I have to deal with him. Sniffle-sniffle......
