Thanks all... really it is back issues mixed with some others.... really messed up this weekend But at least I already sent some things off to be taken care of at work... almost went in because of them, but such is life. Crystal and I work well together and don't mind doing real work for the other when needed

Good luck with the AP rates though... have you tried other hotels or even a moderate? Not sure how good those AP rates are on the hotels.

REMINDER!! We are halfway through the month!! Exchange packages are due to be mailed no later than the 30th. How is everyone doing on them?
You might want to take notice if the person you are sending to will be gone the beginning of Dec. (like so many will). I know if I was sending to one of those people , I would want it to arrive before they leave.

Very busy weekend of doing nothing with Greg and it was wonderful!! Lots of being lazy and just enjoying a snuggly puppy and lots of blankies!! This week starts the fun! I am going to start my job search pretty hard and heavy. I am finally feeling like I am "normal". So good to feel better!! This week is the last week before it goes crazy here. TG week is going to be crzy...but I am sooo looking forward to it. Wednesday before TG we are going to dinner iwth friends and then going to see Evita. Of course TG is Thursday, and we are heaed out to a nice little turkey farm....just Greg and I!! Yeah, no Michele to deal with, no cooking and no dishes!!! Oh boy! This is going to be a first I am looking forward to. We are also going to try to put up the tree on TG.....that is gonna take more than a day though...we have a 10' tree.....lots of lights, lots or ornaments and lots of patience!!! Then on Friday, we head to get some snow tires for Greg's car and have to go about an hour and a half to get them. ice littel diversion for the day......then back to the tree. Saturday is going to be the fun day!!! We are going to see Mamma Mia! Yep, we are going to see that again...wanna join us JRKaren!! It ireally is a great show! Then on Sunday I am sure we will finish up the tree and get some presents under there. Actually, Christmas shopping is just about done here!! I am quite happy about that!!! So that is my busy TG week....until then, it is pretty quiet. So I am off to get lots done this week......including my Holiday exchange package!! I am hoping ot get it out at the end of the week.

Todd, fear not! You will not be the only one here the first week in December. I will be here too. But, I have to agree, I have to take that December trip sooner that later as well. Sounds like there is going to be lots of fun to be had!! Hi there Amanda!!! Hope all is well with you!! Can I have your recipe for Chocolate Chip cookies. I think Iam going to do some baking for the holidays and remeber that your chocolate chip cookies are the best I have ever had!!!! Yummmmmmmmmm..........................

Nancy, thanx for the remider on the packages.....my time goes so quickly!! How is the weather there by you? Any snow yet....ordo you get any snow? Gotta tell ya, I am really ready for the first snow of the year. It is always so pretty.....especially if the entire ground gets a few inches and gets the trees jsut so!!

Deena, sometimes that tuff love can be pretty tuff. {{{{{hugs}}}} I bet you have your hands full with Santa and all those boys!! I would love to help you wrap all those presents!! I love to wrap. Of course, I am thinking we would not get too much work done...........

Suzanne, CONGRATS!! You have been a mothy YaYa!!!! I envy yo being just a stone's throw from the happiest place on earth! How I miss living in Orlando...especially this time of the year. Greg loves to joke about how we need to more back that way. Although I think it would be fun.......I think Iwould really miss my four seasons...but with a little help from the Mouse and all the traveling YaYa's I might be alright!!

JRKaren, sounds like you had a lovely weekend. Glad you were able to spend some time woth your family. Any sketti left over. It sounds so yummy!! And meatballs too!! Yum!!!

Karen, glad to hear your meeting went well for the most part. Sounds like you really enjoy that ministry. I remember back in the day, church kept me quite busy as a kid. Definately a good thing for me.

Pammy, how was your weekend? Hope that went well and you were able to spend some quality shopping and wing time with your DD. How is school going for her? Is she adjusting well to college and city life? More importantly, how are you adjusting?

Hi all!

Having a kinda blah morning. Just don't have much energy at all.
Did finally get up and pick up the living room, though.

Junior is on his way to a dr. appt. that the medical insurance people sent him to. Its almost an hr away and this guy isn't a specialist, so it will probably be a waste of time, but if he doesn't go, they will stop his medical pay.

Remember over the summer I told y'all about my neighbor who was going to file for divorce because her DH beat her up? Well, she took him back and it seemed like everything was going OK. Well, this morning she came home from work, walked in the house and her DH took the TV, computer, all his clothes, and a bunch of other stuff. Also left her with a pile of unpaid bills and shutoff notices. She is hysterical, of course. So, if you could send some PD her way, that would be great.

Todd, I wish I was going to WDW in December. I don't think we're ever gonna get there.

Nancy, I'm almost done with my package. I've had so much fun shopping for everything.

Todd, sorry about possibly not going to Cleveland next year I really was hoping nothing would get in our way this year to keep us from going. Chicago though... I don't see myself going there any time in the near future. I think my travel days there are more or less done. Might go now and then to visit Hannah, but that's about it.
I know our cruise is knocking out some trip possibilities for me as well. No big though... I am excitied to get to go to Mexico and 'Bama

Busy weekend coming up for you Liz. Ours is pretty filled but not near as bad. TG is going to be away. Friday we have something to do with friends for something we are taping. Sat is the wedding. Sunday will be me packing.
As for the pic... this actually doesn't exist anymore. But before this spring, if you walked along the bridgeway in Epcot to France from UK, you'd see that if you looked down on hte water ot the right. It now has changed and I do not like it near as much.

Sherry, good luck to Junior today. Silly he has to go so far, but being paid is important too. My prayers are with your neighbor. What an awful situation to be in.

Well, Junior just called and the appt. was CANCELLED. No one bothered to let him know.
Apparently they cancelled because they thought he went back to work.....even though Junior called them last week and told them he was going to be out again. Junior is pretty PO'ed. He had to drive almost an hour away for this crap.

Not a good morning around here Michael wanted to stay home today--apparently he hadnt dont something he was supposed to for one of his classes Was very mad I wouldnt let him stay home because of it. Although, sadly, I really wanted to let him but I knew I shouldnt so off he went. I feel sorry for him because he goes to school all day works close to everyday as well, but he did have off all day yesterday. Sometimes its no fun being a mom I dont really enjoy the "lesson learning" days.

Well, I suppose if you are going on a cruise I can understand why you might have to cut back on your other trips next year. You will be missed. Perhaps we can arrange another trip to the Columbus Zoo in 2005. That's a little more central for your family.

update:
My DH has gained back almost 7 lbs since his diagnosis! He is feeling MUCH better [less tired, less cramping in his legs, LESS trips to the bathroom!]. And, it's beginning to get easier as far as grocery shopping and preparing his meals....
