Betty, been doing a little too much dreaming about your escapades with Paul??!!! Glad to hear ya got a good nights sleep.

Lizzie, I only had 2, but they were only 2 years and 8 days apart and quite literally drove me right up the wall when I was a SAHM! Can't be anything worse that a boy and a girl who detest each other, are as hyper as they come, and both require inordinate amounts of attention! Then they started getting into camp and sports teams and school.......I began to think I was going to run into myself either coming or going!! So I know how ya feel. And on top of that you did it once with the twins and are doing it again with the little ones!!! If the chance ever comes up to take a few days AWAY from the family, maybe with a girlfriend or three, TAKE IT!!!!! I'll even write you a note, to allow you the time off!!! LOL!!!!

Hey, Laine!! How's the bike? Are those dumbells on the back under the seat? Cool!!! I rode 5 miles this morning on the bike at our fitness center--both treadmills were not working So, at least I exercised. I have found that it is really improving my knees--I don't feel the arthritis near as much as I used to!

I haven't been up this early in a while...background...recently graduated grad student here...taking the summer off. Not married but significantly involved, late 20s-grew up in NYC but in Massachusetts now.

It is raining all day here with some heavy thrunderstorms at times.

A realtor is bringing someone by to look at my house this morning. Since the gutters were ripped off when I had all the trim painted, you have to pass under a waterfall to get to the front door.

Anyway, DW graduated from nursing school with honors!!!!!!!! THANK GOD that is over with. Now she just needs to take her state boards and pass them, which I know she will do fine on.

Oh, and I almost died on Sunday.

Beth my first 2 were 2 yrs 9months apart--okay when they were little but they fight often now. My 2 little ones are 26 months apart. So far so good on the 2 little ones but then again Connor is only 1 so I guess they will be boxing each other later. Something about a house full of boys that looks like a National Geographic special about the fight for the alpha male. All my boys need is some antlers.
So far we have no plans for the 4th.
That was awful about Von's friend. Its hard to lose someone.

I have the same bike. I mostly treadmill, but DH doesn't have great knees and he prefers the recumbent bike. Loves it.

My best girlfriend has had a traditional "Girls Weekend" every year. Turns out to be like 4 days and usually not to far away. Goes with the Boys golf weekend that her husband puts together.

Anyway, I've been dying to go, but haven't been able to because I've been either pregnant, nursing, or pregnant and nursing. LOL>

Now that DS2 is finally weaned off, my first thought was NEXT YEAR I'M IN!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, some friends came to our house for a cook out. I was grilling and my legs started to hurt so I asked my buddy Troy to take over. I went and sat down and felt like I was going to puke. TOld his wife to get me a bucket. My wife brought the bucket to me and I heard her say "OH MY GOD" When I woke up she was yelling in my face, my buddy was on the phone to 911. She said she was getting ready to do CPR on me because she couldn't find my pulse and I wasn't breathing. I had no pain, and felt like I just wanted to go to sleep. My buddy said she was slapping the hell out of my face and I wasn't even flinching. My lips and the inside of my mouth were blue and the color of my skin was gray. My first words to her were "Stop yelling at me I can hear you." and "Are the cheeseburgers ready becasue I am starved." The squad got here and all my vital signs were fine. I have a doctor appt next Wednesday. We will see what he says.

No, I didn't see a bright light, but the good thing is I didn't see any flames either.

I'm feeling fine. In fact haven't felt better. I think it may have been my blood sugar, or blood pressure.

As far as the doctor goes. That was the first available appt. They told me if it happend again to go to the ER. DUUUHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are on the verge of switching doctors anyway, so hopefully in the next month or two I will have a real one.
