Well, I'm back from WDW and trying to get back into the daily routine. I weighed in Mon. AM and my weight was up more than I expected after the vacation. I behaved pretty well as far as staying away from desserts, but we did have Papa Johns pizza in the room one night (my favorite). The only bad dessert I had was the chocolate cream cheese buckle at CRT. It was probably at least 20 points, but I kinda figured that I paid $75 for that muffin and I was going to eat it! Now that I'm back on track, hopefully my weight will go back down this week.
DH just admitted to me yesterday that he is doing a biggest loser competition at work. Here I thought he was just being good to support me! He really doesn't have any weight to lose, but would like to tone up and get in better shape. He's off today, so we're going grocery shopping to restock the house with healthy stuff since we pretty well emptied it out before vacation. We're going back to WDW in 10 mos, and our goal is to look good in our bathing suits!
Great job on the eating at disney. Hopefully that gain is mostly sodium retention, and will be down when you weighin. I'm jealous you're going back in 10 months. We were there last week and my son keeps asking when we're going back.
QOTD: do you incorporate flexibility/stretching in your workouts?
I do the watp videos, and do a little stretching at the end of the tapes, but sometimes I skip it and just stretch my calves if I'm in a hurry. I should definitely stretch more than I do.
I have just joined. My goal is to lose 12 lbs. I would like to get back to my weight watchers lifetime goal weight. I will be taking baby steps towards meeting my goal. First, I will track my points and stay within my points target and I will get 30 minutes of activity at least 5 days a week. SOOOOOO here goes....1/29 is day one of my new plan. Here's to all of you, I hope to get some inspiration from all of you.

I tend to need motivation about every other minute of the day.
Welcome! This is a great challenge and very motivating. Are you going to ww meeting and doing the new program? I really like that you can total your activity points for the week and use them on a different day if you want to. Good luck.
got a good strength workout in, then shoveld for almost an hour. i was exhausted!
mikamah -- still on the journal~you?
Still journalling too!

Good job!
How adorable. My son would love a dog, but I just can't do it right now. I think when he's a little older, and coming home from school on his own, I'll get one then.
Good morning everyone. It is cold and icy here in jersey
I had no school yesterday and today is the last full day before we start exams so I am not looking forward to how crazy the kids are today.
It was hard to get in the 5000 steps yesterday for the COW. I was quilting a good part of the day but I did manage to get it in. Last day for this week's COW>
Cold and icy here too. I was thrilled that the car wasn't iced in, only the ground is a sheet of ice. Lots of happy kids here yesterday as well for a snow day. It's supposed to warm up this weekend, and hopefully we'll see some melting.
QOTD- who is your favorite author?- I don't really have a favorite author, but just read Twilight by Stephanie Meyer, on the recommendation of a friend, and loved it. I didn't think I would, not really interested in vampires, but it was a good love story. I picked up the next book to read too. I'm not a big reader, and will start a book and if it's good, finish it in 2-3 days, and if it's not good, never finish it.
I've been getting the water and vegies in, but don't have a pedometer yet for the cow. Just have to remember to send the info to Raenstorm.
Have a great day everone! Good luck weighing in tomorrow!! Hope to see lots of losses!!
