My goals for the challenge are to lose 10-15lb. And to get myself active and exercising. We have a gym membership that DH uses, but I haven't in a few months.... I really need to force myself to lift some weights, because it works for me even though I hate it. I also want to track all my eating using Sparkpeople.
to both of you and any other newbies I have missed!
What I do now is get the kid's meal with the cheeseburger, apples and Diet Coke. I get a little of what I want, it doesn't cost much (money or calories) and my kids get an extra toy for their out-of-control Happy Meal toy pile.
And I'm STILL sitting at the PC in my exercise clothes, having not exercised yet!
