Welcome to the WISH Biggest Loser 7 Challenge

I'm up 1.4 pounds but it could have been worse. It's been an emotional week. My head hasn't been in the game at all! I did make it to the gym three days...

I found out my hernia is iguinal from working out! I learned that a c-section scar on the outside goes hip to hip, but inside the abdominal wall and uterine wall are cut up and down! When the surgeon saw that I was being referred for an incisional hernia from my c-section he went right to my midline. I told him it was in my right groin... He said my family doc must not have known about the c-section cut. Anyhow, my surgery is monday morning. The good news is he said I can start on the treadmill after two weeks if I'm up to it! Yeah! I was so bummed when my other doc said six weeks!!

He also said I may be well enough to drive down to Florida for a family reunion the end of this month!! I was disappointed that I may have to miss it.

And finally, I did my first mammogram on Tuesday and something came back suspicious. I know that 90% of the time it is nothing, so I'm not going to worry about it. If I'm feeling well enough they want to do an ultrasound and something else on the 26th...otherwise I'll have to reschedule.

That's my week in a nutshell. I'm glad to see that so many are participating in the BL challenge. I'm going to need a lot of inspiration to keep me focused the next couple of weeks. Take care!

Hang in there, heart4pooh!

The Quote I love the most is ~~~There is no lack of willpower there is only lack of planning.

I weighed in at weight watchers today and I am down 6.4 pounds!!! I am SO excited!!! I even used all my extra 35 points this week.

My motivational saying is this

"No one else is going to fix this for me. I have to fix this. I have to tell myself everyday that I'm worth fixing. I'm worth giving 100% for.

I keep this in the bathroom where I see it everyday - and I have a copy in my jacket pocket and stashed in various clothes so that I come across it and unexpected times - the old "what's this in my pocket" thing. It helps for those times when I'm out and tempted to eat something that is a red-light food or when I'm feeling down and disgusted with myself.

I'm never going to catch up, so I'll just jump in. Back from the WDW Half marathon (I can't believe it was a week ago!), and I somehow managed to lose weight, even with all the junk I ate. Maybe those Dole whips aren't so bad for you after all -- I really can't pretend about the Figaro fries, though!

I jumped back into my workout schedule, which was light this week to give my muscles a chance to recover. I did 4 mi yesterday, and the BL yoga dvd today (the easiest level, trust me!).

We went to BJ's and bought a ton of 100 cal stuff, and a massive pack of sugar free Jello. I can't say I don't have anything low cal to eat.

I go back to work Tuesday, so that's when I have to have the eating, workout thing going together.

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and getting into BL7!

-I used to be a performer for Disney. One of these days I want to go to Orlando so I can teach and work for Disney part time. There is no way I could do so at the weight or fitness level I am at now. At the height of my Disney "career" I was performing in up to five parades and shows a day. I want to get back into shape so that I can once again be a performer.

What did you do in the parades? I imagine it is so much fun to perform at Disney!

Ok - fellow BL7 teammates - I need some help and ideas for tomorrow. DD's cheerleading competition is tomorrow.

So how did the two of you do? How was the competition? :cheer2: And were you able to put into place some of the great ideas people gave you?
Saturday's Question of the Day: What is your favorite Quote that help you and that you use in your weight loss journey?

Don't give up for you are not a failure - until you fail to try.
I LOVE that quote!

. I ran in a 10K race this morning held by our local running club. It was a beautiful course and I had a great time.

By far my favorite quote and one that has really inspired me is from right here on WISH:

DLF > DNF >> DNS - Dead Last Finish is greater than Did Not Finish which greatly trumps Did Not Start

Congrats on running the race!:thumbsup2 I LOVE that quote too! That is awesome.
My favorite quote is from John Bingham. "The miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start."
boy, that resonates with me. I have had more courage to start things recently, and it makes me pretty happy.

I found out my hernia is iguinal from working out! Anyhow, my surgery is monday morning. The good news is he said I can start on the treadmill after two weeks if I'm up to it! Yeah! I was so bummed when my other doc said six weeks!!
And finally, I did my first mammogram on Tuesday and something came back suspicious. I know that 90% of the time it is nothing, so I'm not going to worry about it. .
Good luck with your surgery, and I will pray that the mammogram is nothing too!

There are some great quotes here!

My sister has challenged me to run the Peachtree Road Race July 4th. She does it every year and I have always wanted to do it since I was a teenager. Soooooo, I am now in training and my legs are sore!!

Good luck this week!!

YEAH! another mountain being conquered by a WISHer! Way to get that off of your bucket list.

I'm from Mineral Point. We used to live in Oregon, WI, but we moved about 4 years ago. It was nice to get out of the house today since it wasn't so cold, but the roads here were slippery!
"It's our choices that show who we truly are far more than our abilities."--J.K. Rowling
It has been a bit warmer out, can't wait till spring too. It's my favorite season.:goodvibes
I love that quote too. So true!

Maybe we should get a greoup of Wisconsinites training for the same 5K or 10K and all meet there?? That'd be fun - don't ya think??

Hey, that sounds fantastic!!! I think we would have a lot of fun with that.

My motivational saying is this

"No one else is going to fix this for me. I have to fix this. I have to tell myself everyday that I'm worth fixing. I'm worth giving 100% for.

Another great quote!

Saturday's Question of the Day: What is your favorite Quote that help you and that you use in your weight loss journey?

I guess mine is from when I was trying to find a way into the icy waters at the polar bear swim... I just kept thinking...

Have to find a way. that has helped me focus and just think to put things into place and find a way to loose the weight. I also like "prgress not perfection"

So yesterday we had a party for my parents anniversary party. I bought chips but asked someone else to put them in the bowl, because I didn't want to even be near them. I was simply amazed at how much of a drive I had to have "just 1". I KNEW I wouldn't have one, it wasn't even a consideration, I was just surprised how much I WANTED one. It was crazy! Otherwise everything else went well. I just had a little bit of a wide variety of things and that worked well

OH, and one funny thing I did yesterday! I got up early and worked out to TaeBo advanced. I am not quite there yet, but I wanted a good challenge. 1/2 way through I was sweating, sweat was rolling down my face, and I ran into the bathroom to look at myself in the mirror so I could admire me sweating! :rotfl:

Hi everyone,

I've had an awful weekend. I emotionally overate for almost three days. Emotional overeating is something that I've had in check for a long time but it really reared its ugly head this weekend. I'm posting here to hopefully get back on track. There is no way I'm getting out of this week without a gain cause it's my period too but I don't want to do further damage.

I've got a lot on my plate. I'm selling my home which I don't want to sell (too long of a story) and feeling displaced. And don't know where I'm buying yet.

So I'm dealing with it by eating which I thought I had taken care of but obviously it's still hanging around. Must actually have the emotions instead of eating them away which obviously doesn't work well.

So here's to facing it and pushing through. All the best to you all. One day I'll keep up with this thread. I have another to keep up with so I'm overwhelmed but hope to catch up.

Lisa

Hey Vija - I just caught "have to find a way". Yep, that's perfect right now - have to find a way. A better way. :flower3:

Hello everyone!

I'm an empty nester, not too computer savy and new to this site. I don't really have a quote but have enjoyed reading the wonderful ones others have adopted.

Good luck to everyone.
I would like to add -- that I smile everytime I log out --"clear cookies" comes up on my computer -- ummmm, that's what got me in this shape in the first place !!

I

Lisa - :grouphug: So you've recognized it's emotional eating, can you do something else instead of eating? I know it's hard when you're down and things aren't what you want them to be and you don't know when they will be, but maybe taking a walk or even just getting in the car and driving might help (as long as you don't drive to Culver's!) I've heard a lot of people say brush your teeth when that happens. Personally, that's never helped me - I'll eat through the toothpaste. Keep on posting and take baby steps...it'll come together...

Vija - :rotfl: so how does a sweaty princess look?

Yesterday I did not make good choices...we went to Red Robin for my birthday lunch and I got fish and chips. It was delicious! But not healthy. I didn't get my veggies in unless I count the onion rings and fries, even then it was only two, not three! We split the hot fudge sundae they brought me 3 ways. DD had a friend spend the night and I cooked them Tombstone - and ate 2 pieces myself. Sigh. I did at least manage to walk for 40 minutes.

Today's been better, and instead of taking a nap I did my yourselffitness and walked for 30 minutes after - it about killed me today!

Robin - you've inspired me! I've always thought about walking a 1/2 marathon but have been too afraid to do it. And yes afraid is the right word. I talked to DH and dd about your "now" list and told them that's on mine, so DH and I are doing the 1/2 at WDW next year! So thank you, for now...I might be hatin' ya later.:p

What did you do in the parades? I imagine it is so much fun to perform at Disney!

I was in the Share A Dream Come True Parade, Disney Dreams Come True Parade, Spectromagic Parade, Hollywood Stars and Motorcars Parade (and the accompanying Happy Holidays Parade), Hoedown (square dance show in Frontierland), and Celebrate the Season (castle show for Christmas).

I actually got to perform in Share a Dream Come True on the day we closed it and opened Disney Dreams Come True the next day. It was one of the best two days of my life. There can be a lot of resentment toward interns who get trained in parades and shows, especially because of the role I did, but everybody was very supportive. I did hear there were grumblings across property about it, but the people who knew me went out of their way to defend me. That and Celebrate the Season were some of my happiest times there.

This is a picture from the Happy Hollydays Parade (about 30 lbs ago).

Well, today was a total bust. I worked today in Hy-Vee's kitchen, and it is so hard to be around all that food! Not to mention we were understaffed so I didn't get my break til after one and I came in at 7! I was so hungry I could have eaten half the kitchen and I think I did. It didn't help that we were out of everything so the only veggies we had were carrots. Of course we put so much sugar and junk on them that they aren't exactly healthy. I figured if I'm not going to eat healthy I might as well enjoy what I'm eating. At the rate I'm going this week it's going to be a miracle if I lose anything at all!

Something of interest: There is a new thing coming out this week called NuVal. It is an analysis of nutrition values put together by some of the biggest names in medicine including the Yale School of Health and the inventors of the Glycemic Index. Basically they analyze 30 different components of the food and nutrition values and then give it a score from 1-100. 100 is the healthiest (an orange scores a perfect one) and 1 the lowest (dehydrated onions are a 1). It is not developed by any stores or food brands but by medical professionals. So far the only two chains participating are Hy-Vee and Cost Cutter. You will find it on the shelf labels. My store is rolling out the new labels on Wednesday. You can go to www.nuval.com for more information.

Sometimes our body goes into shock when we start mixing it up. When we start decreasing our calories, I believe it says okay, I've got to go into starvation mode and will hang onto calories with a tougher hold. Are you eating enough calories with the exercise you are doing? Are you getting in enough water, eating too much sodium? Is it close to your TOM?

There are many things it can be attributed to...the main thing is to not get frustrated but keep pushing forward. Here's a :grouphug: for you!!

I totally agree with the starvation mode. It's such a hard thing to figure out exactly how to get it right. You really have to listen to your body, track your calories and learn to watch what works and what doesn't. Your body definately doesn't like too little calories. Also keeping your calories static is not good. I find that a couple high days, a few low days and a few medium calorie days spread through out the week helps.

Hang in there you guys! Your body a lot of times just takes time to adjust to the changes you've made. Also, look at your exercise regiman...sometimes when you do the same things over and over, your body tends to adjust to that and all it takes is a "shock" , as in, doing something you don't normally do. If you are walking every day, do something like cycling or kickboxing, or step. Also, throw in some weight training ...but remember, there is a good chance you will gain from weight training because muscle weighs more than fat. And, as someone said , it is true to remember if it is close to your time of the month...I really don't want to weigh around that time but I'm just going to remember that my weight usually fluctuates about 3 pounds then and it's OK.

I don't want to sound like an expert on anything but , I just am afraid of doing no carbs at all...this is just me and I just know that I will not be able to live like that the rest of my life...i love breads, etc. I did do it one time in my life and I was very lean but I just won't do it again for a long time period because when you do go back to eating carbs, you gain it back FAST. This time around, I'm trying to concentrate on exercising and cutting back on carbs but allowing myself some and just eating things in moderation. Then, like if it's a week before beach time, I may cut the carbs just for that week.

I did report a loss this week but I don't anticipate much of a loss for next week. Going out of town (I hope/think)and will visit one of my fav. restaurants , and it's closer to my TOM but I will try still try to do well.

I'm trying to remain focused on how I'm feeling and how my clothes are fitting instead of that number on the scale.

Hang in there you guys and everyone else that may have gotten frustrated this week. You can do it. WE can do it.

Remember there is NO easy way out (to do it the right way)...we just have to remember it's going to take time and a different way of looking and thinking about food and exercise. And remember, some people will try and sabotage what you are doing. Except on here , I've not really told but a few people of my goals beause of just that. So, don't let anyone around you do that to you and don't let the scales beat you down!!! Don't back down!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Very good advice. I totally agree about the no - carb, I could never do it either.

All day yesterday the theme song for the BL song kept going through my head and I thought we should have a daily "What have YOU done today to make you feel proud?" (It's never too late to try....What have you done today to make you feel proud?) feature on this thread and this story of your victory would fit the bill for you!

I like that idea!!

Today is d-day for me. Today I start with my very restricted diet for 6 weeks. It is really not the hard (willpower aside) to stick to the plan when things are status quo, but tomorrow we are having friends over and they want to go out to eat. One of the big rules is no oil in any form, so I have to be careful with anything "grilled" since they often oil the grill to prevent sticking and I cant eat it. It is really a pain!

Good luck. Sounds hard! How come your doing such a restrictive diet?

I am so happy I didn't step on the scale earlier this week, THis was so much better to see the number, I know it kept me more on track to wait for the anticipated weigh in day! YeeeHaw!

I bet it was great not getting on the scale and having that one great moment. I really have a hard time staying off the scale.

Well, I gained 1 pound this week.:sad2: I lost 5.5 last week, so I know I can do better than this! I'm so mad at myself!

Don't be mad - Just move on. I'm glad your here and posted. That is that is half the battle. This is the start of a new week.

I lost 1.8 pounds last week, so that's closes to 5 over the last 2 weeks. I was so glad to see that, I expected to gain since I had the pizza but the rest of the week had been good choices so it balanced out.

Great job - Just because you have pizza doesn't mean you'll gain. Its all about balance and about keeping your calories in the range that keeps you losing. You can still have pizza and lose weight.

Hello all you wonderful Losers! I've just joined this challenge and wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

My name is Corinna. I'm 35 and mom to two fabulous boys ages 10 and 5 1/2 (don't forget the half!) and married to my wonderful husband of nearly 12+ years. I have gained and lost and gained and lost many times before, and not just a few pounds here and there, 30, 40, 50 pounds. Which takes some effort in both directions, I must say. I'd like to lose about 40 pounds from where I am right now, and then I'd like to fail to gain it back again. I just got back from Marathon Weekend - I ran the half marathon and had a great time, but I am a little shocked by how big I look in my pictures. This has got to be the wackiest "I was shocked by my Disney photos" motivation ever....

:welcome: So glad your joining us!! Congrat's at finishing the 1/2 marathon!!! :thumbsup2

Something you guys don't know about me is that I have a 3-legged Jack Russell Terrier by the name of LuLu. She "found" me while I was checking the mail about 11 years ago and she has been the Queen of the house ever since.. (she had 4 legs when she found me...the 3 legs is a long story).
There are some other interesting (i guess) things I could share but she is one of my favs!

What a great story - I'm glad she found you!!

hey all !
i had a whopping loss of .8 this week ...thats ok though, i went away the past weekend and my eating was a bit over the 35 allotted flex pts so i will take any loss i can get today :)
i am going to try out the Jillian Michaels WII fit game today!

The graphics in the JM WII game is not the greatest, but if you really work it you can get a good a good workout. I was a little disappointed in her game.

I am down 3 lbs this week.

I am quite surprised by this because my eating wasn't all that stellar. I did get my exercise in and my water too.

I am pleased.....since the challenge began I am down 5 lbs total!

Way to go all you losers! Keep up the good work!

Juanita

Hang in there - Try working on the food this week. Take it one day at a time.

Misery loves company :crazy2:. It was really tough to log in and admit that I failed. Well ... I'm gonna own those extra pounds, put 'em behind me and do my best to make 'em go away.

I'm proud of you for logging in when you didn't lose. Trust me - that is what happened to me on the last challenge (BL6). I really think that owning it and moving on is the best medicine to get past of it and move on. This week will be better - You can do it - We can do it!

Uh... this week has been bad. I've gone back and forth between 223 and 222 all week :guilty: :sad2: :crazy2: My final this morning was 222.4 so I'm only down a half a pound. It also doesn't help my "friend" is visiting.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to reduce bloating?!

Watching sodium is probably your best bet for reducing bloat. Hang in there - Just take it one day at a time.

I have decided for every day I exercise I am going to buy a song for my new best friend - the purple ipod!! I get three this week! :cool1

Great idea - That is such a good idea!! Your new purple best friend is going to be full soon :)

Went to the gym again today-that's every day since I've joined.:thumbsup2 I love my trainer and he's really pushing me to stick with it. He gave me a plan to follow for 6-weeks at which time I will be measured and weighed again to determine my progress. He and I will meet once a week to workout together as well.

Tonight's going to be tough for me...going to a party for a friend of mine at a Karaoke bar and who does Karaoke without a few drinks in them?!? Wish me luck!

Great job on the Gym! Woo hoo! Hope you did well at the Karaoke bar!

I am so pumped! I lost 6.5 lbs.!!!!:cool1: This is my first week, so I realize it is probably a lot of water weight loss, but I don't care! I am proud of my loss. I worked hard for it. There is still room for improvement, though. I really have a hard time getting in all my water.

Woo hoo- Great job!!

I am so happy I didn't step on the scale earlier this week, THis was so much better to see the number, I know it kept me more on track to wait for the anticipated weigh in day! YeeeHaw! :cheer2:

DH has gone to try to find a Wi system. Good luck to him - I hear that they are rarer than turkey teeth.

Great job not stepping on the scale. I hope DH found the Wii!

Quick check in - down .8 this week. I thought it would be more because I've stayed OP and worked out everyday but I'm not complaining! its 3 sticks of butter and every little bit off adds up

3 sticks is a lot - Great job!

Hi there. the scale finally moved down this week ... one pound! :thumbsup2 And I did really well with my water, especially last weekend, as I'm really bad on weekends getting it in. I liked being accountable. :)
Congrats! Great job on your water. I agree on the being accountable. It really helps.

for me today, I didn't finish all of my taco salad I brought to work. I was full and instead of just shoveling it in, I consciously decided to throw the rest out.

I think I am going to have to get that book. It sounds just like something I should read right now. Good for you for doing things on your NOW list. It must feel great! I would love to see a space shuttle launch too. We were in KSC about 15 min before the scheduled launch, and they scrubbed it.:sad2: That wasn't fun. And we are running out of launch's for those. Maybe I'll have to try to see the first mission to the moon launch. I'll bet that would be very exciting!

Great job on throwing away what you weren't hungry for. I was so lucky and happy that they didn't scrub the space shuttle launch we were there for. I was so torn as to whether to get up at 4am to get there and sit all morning, but I'm so glad we did. It was in July of 2005 and it was so hot!

I got Jillian Michaels last week. I enjoy it. The instructions are not that great. The demos show the exercises really fast, and ou just have to figure things out. Its nice in that it is circuit training. You pick the instensity and the time (5 to 90min) and the then it goes through a bunch of exercises, alternating with others. The others include boxing (includes kicks), kayaking, throw paint grenades, lug jumping, and I can't remember all the others. It has a bunch of built in music, and you can pick the style to listen to. WiiFit has better graphics, and better instructions. Jillian's best thing is that you can do a longer exercise routine.

I so agree that Jillian Michael's DVD's are bad with the no instructions. You would think she would do a better job than that.

My DD's swim team's home big meet is this weekend (3 whole days) and of course we had a fair bit of drama in the computer scoring area where I volunteer. All the bugs seem to get shaken out on Friday night and then the rest of the weekend goes OK (or at least I hope it does). I bought a sub sandwich when I got there around 5:30 pm which was good because I didn't get another chance to eat until the we left at 9:30 pm! OMG ... if I didn't eat earlier I would have definitely stopped at one of the TWO Culver's on the way home and I wouldn't have stopped at cheese curds :sad2:. As it is, I did pour myself a glass of wine (did I mention the DRAMA?) but I'm still feeling OK with the day. Given the rest of the meet (I need to work it on Saturday and Sunday afternoons) I'm not sure if I can check in until Monday. But ... at least I am eating better since the meet is at home.

Great job on being able to get through the day ok!! I know how bad these competitions are when it comes to eating - not easy.

Melanie,
I travel so here are some of my "travel" suggestions. They might work for your competetion too.

1. Breakfast bars
2. Carrots and celery. They seem to do just fine without refrig.
3. Those pre-packaged tuna meals. Watch the crackers, they are BAD, I just throw mine away
4. Cheese sticks. They also seem to do fine witout frig for a day.
5 Fruit is always good

Water bottle! A must

You can pack a small cooler full of healthy things. Maybe make a couple of sandwiches and bring along water so you don't have to buy from concessions.

Carol - great food ideas for the competitions! Melanie I know what you mean - you can't be gone all day and not eat but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Once (and only once!) I got a salad at one of dds and it was nasty - I threw it out and got nachos. The tuna meal in a can sounds great, or maybe a chicken one, some applesauce...???

So how did the two of you do? How was the competition? :cheer2: And were you able to put into place some of the great ideas people gave you?

Thanks to everyone for your awesome suggestions. I got up at 8am figuring I had lots of time to prepare, but the phone kept ringing, had to look up the adress, get my son dressed. It really cut into my prep time. I managed to bring a water, my greens energy bar, and walnuts. We stopped at a convenience store and I grabbed a 1oz piece of cheddar/jack cheese.

I was able to make a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries before I left. Then had the cheddar cheese. It turned that there were not that many teams (the most being in the High School Varsity division). It was over around 2pm. I had the energy bar while we were there and never did eat the walnuts. We were home by 3pm. I made a smoothie before heading out to the grocery store. So thankfully I was able to stay on track today - YEAH!

I also stopped by Target and bought this insulated bag that you can bring stuff with you and keep it cool. It is made by thermos but looks like a normal bag. This way I can try to be more prepared. Next week I have another competition and unfortunately I don't find out till right before what the times are etc. I don't know till I get there usually how long it will last.

There were 7 teams in DD's division. They placed 4th, but I'm not sure what the judges were doing. The team who did the worst out of all 7 - Basically couldn't keep most of their stunts up- walked off completely bawling and looked awful got 3rd - go figure :confused3

Sunday's QOTD:
What is your favorite "Go To" meal that you make yourself when you are in a pinch, or the family is eating something you can't eat?

For me-

I usually do one of these when in a pinch:

1 whole egg, 2 egg whites scrambled in 1 teaspoon olive oil. Then I throw it in a whole grain ezekiel 4:9 Pita.

Omelet: 2 whole eggs or 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. Add cut up frozen thawed asparagus spears and spinich. 14g or 28g of feta cheese. fold over when it's getting close to done.

1 can of tuna or alaskan salmon, 1 whole egg, 1/2 small onion cooked in a non-stick pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Throw this in a tortilla or pitta.

1 whole potato, 1 whole egg - 1/2 small onion thrown in the magic bullet till shreddd. Cook in 1 teaspoon olive oil in non stick pan.

1 small avocado - add either some homemade salsa, or some onions and tomatoes, tad of salt, pepper, lemon juice. (if you have no onions or tomatoes you can just smash avocado, salt, pepper and lemon juice)

Add to either:
quesadilla - 1 whole tortilla, 28g cheddar, cooked in 1 tsp olive oil

OR

3 corn tortillas baked (without oil) - or you can spray with oil, black beans smashed or nonfat refried beans

These are my most used go to meals.

QOTD:

My new favorite "go to" meal - and I love it because it can be used for bfast, lunch or dinner, and contains only 4 points but is very satisfying:

1/2 c. Soutwestern Egg Beaters, scrambled inside:

1 whole wheat pita, cut in half with
1 wedge of light Lauging Cow soft cheese

Picante or Salsa on top! Mmmmm. Some frozen vegetables, or a salad and it's a whole meal.

Welcome! Fortunately you don't have to know too much about the computer to post here, just how to type.:p

Funny about the "clear cookies!" I never thought of that. Maybe it means clear them out of the house...

Melanie - congrats on a good day and short competition and dd's 4th place!:cheer2: That stinks about the other team coming in 3rd - from what you said they were probably surprised too. It's really frustrating, you gotta wonder what the judges were looking at!

I usually have a Smart Ones dinner on hand so I eat that if Im getting low on points for that day.
