Good morning everyone!
The problem with being in California is that a LOT of you have been posting for hours before I even get on.
This will have to be a quickie. I have a meeting in just a few minutes.
I MADE myself go to the hotel Treadmill last night (this is not a nice treadmill LOL!) Did a little over 2 miles in 30 minutes. Actually it helped, I was really dragging before then. I also stocked my hotel room with some veggies, fruit, Special K bars etc for the rest of the week. (I have my little bag of snacks next to me now!)
Yesterday was not good foodwise. Breakfast was fine, dinner was a "dry" salad (none of the dressings on the salad bar at Ralphs looked at all edible
) Lunch however was a "bust" I used all my points and then some. Today's a new day! This is one of the hazards of travel, lots of temptations.
Did watch MOST of the BL but I used the mute button a lot too. (I don't mind the screaming and the challenges, but the phone calls aren't any of my business) I actually turned it off before the very end. I know who was in the bottom two but not who went home. I know who I wanted to go home, but that didn't happen. Will have to go find out who got kicked out.
Question of the Day.
Hmm. Why do I want to do this.
1. I actually like the accomplishment of finishing a half marathon and figure it would be EASIER if I wasn't hauling around all this extra weight.
2. Women in my family live FOREVER! (One grandmother was 91, one was 87, my great grandmother shot herself at 90 plus when the MD told her there was nothing that was going to kill her anytime soon) So I want to be able to enjoy all those years. (Where I will be working at Disney part time LOL!)
3. I want to weigh at LEAST the same as my boyfriend. Less would be the long term goal. (He's one of those who can eat anything types!)
Have a good day!

and
for Matt!!!!! Good for you BL!
Well done sir.
, I'll have to go back and check it out. I'm at home, and one of the things I do to account for my intake of water is that I got 8 of those glass Coke bottles. I fill them in the morning, and watch them disappear. It just seems easier to down one of those rather than a regular water bottle. Psychological, I know!
Anne
need a pedometer soon, so you might want to find yours or go out and buy one this week.
My motivation to lose weight: OK I know it sounds shallow but I bought these pooh embroidered overalls I really want to fit into at salvation army. I know they didn't cost me much but I've been looking for a pair of these or something like them for forever and I really want to get into them by the time I go to
