Hi Kismetdreams how are things going?

Boy it's quiet here today! I guess people must be busy (or having a secret chocolate party without me!!) Our first rehearsal for our next show went well. We learned a few songs and the director gave me one of the smaller speaking parts which I was surprised at as I didn't audition for a speaking part and others did who have not been given them. Oh well, I get to play a really posh lady!!

Hi Everybody! And an extra big HI! to Kismetdreams, how you doing girl? How's Italy?

My bio: 50+ desert dweller who loves Disney! I'm planning trip #8 (I think) to WDW right now. I've worked my whole life in advertising/broadcasing in Chicago and Phoenix. No hubby, no kids, assorted fur-babies over the years however. And as I type this I'm eating an M&M Blizzard, with an extra shot of chocolate!!

Good evening everybody - it's really interesting reading everyone's biography's. It makes me feel as if I am really getting to know everyone . I had a pretty good day today - I caught up on laundry, housework, and bills. That makes me feel like doing this .

I want everybody to know that the delivery of Valentine M&M's for the pool are being delivered first thing in the morning. So if you are sitting by the pool drinking a Mocha Latte or Hot Chocolate - don't be alarmed when you see the delivery truck come. After the delivery feel free to jump on in. I can hardly wait to see the landscaping that Danauk is arranging - I'm sure it will be beautiful.

While I am on the topic of Valentines Day - I want to wish everyone a happy V-day and I hope your day is great. DH won't be home in the evening due to a fire dept meeting (his meetings are always on Monday night), but I will get my gift before he goes.

Well, I hope you all have a good night and great day tomorrow. Please let me know what you think of the pool and if there is anything else I can arrange for a great V-Day experience on the island.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to line up a guest speaker to come to the pool side and talk to us about what it is like to live life as a chocolate icon. I told him about our island and our pool and he really wanted to see it.

My name is Kevin and I am almost 14. Of course that means I am a guy. lol. I am still in 8th grade but almost in high school. I live in Chicago also, and play the trumpet. I'm obssesed with monorails! Hee hee! I have been known to be a love-sick dolphin covered with postage stamps. I have been to disney too many times to count and will be taking my first Vegas trip sometime in March. I think that is it.......

Well, I am 40+, Married to RRBB for just over 2 1/2 years. We just had a son, TagBabyIan on 12/12/04. We have a family of Dragons living with us who also post on the Dis. As far as my day job, I work for one of the largest independant diamond and jewelry importers in the South. I am a graduate Gemologist, and have a language degree in computer science. I too love Chocolate, and I am the reason that the TAG TEENS are giving winkies and trying not to tell too much about themselves (I am a paranoid about security) My family own 500 DVC points and I am a DVC witness. We are planning our next trip to WDW for October 22nd-30th for TagBabyIan's first haircut.

Enough obout me, I want some M&M's!!!!!

ok so Monday is Valentine's Day so who's eating chocolate??? oh wait that is a dumb question we eat chocolate every day...

I have such an awesome idea (at least to me it is) floating around in my mind that I am sooooooo going to try tomorrow. I bought cookie cutouts of hearts a while ago and never used them soooooo I decided tomorrow is the day to try.

I talked it over with the voices in my head and they all agree it should work


I am going to bake a single layer chocolate cake in a 13x9 pan and use the 3 biggest cookie cutters to cut out hearts in the cake. Then of course decorate them in pink and red. I even bought strawberries and I will use one the rose petals from one of the roses DH gave me last week for extra decorations. I have chocolate icing and m&ms too (of course)

so ya' think it will work????

If it does (keeping fingers crossed) I will take a picture of it and post it here for you all to see...

Chat Host/Moderator TLinden16 (JellyRollsKaren) is coming to town from Massachusetts to see her DIS friends, and we're meeting at La Hacienda Ranch in her honor on March 5th. Good Morning all - if you're in the pool, it is time to get out. The delivery truch is here and the holiday M&M's are here. They are red,white,and pink.. Please feel free to play and eat in the them all day!!!

Remember tomorrow our guest speaker will be here and I thought we could have a pot luck of desserts of only chocolate items. Mr. Yellow M&M requested that we have no M&M dishes because he thinks that would be to wierd. Please post what you would like to bring. The speaker will be here at approx. 7pm tomorrow. Come one, come all!!!

Tomorrow I will bring Zebra Domes from Boma for our gathering. I also took the M&M quiz and came up YELLOW, so I'm very excited to meet our guest speaker So are we just going to cover over the M&M pool while our event takes place......that may be the easiest thing to do.

For one of the dances for competition we have to wear blue wigs! It's a military dance and the theme is lightening (sp? I'm tired!), so the wigs are in a short bob with bangs and it is electric blue. At our show-off Thursday night, that was the first time we had ever practiced with them and it was soooo hard not to laugh! They kept on getting in our faces so we couldn't see. We also had to wear fake eye lashes. Wow, those are fun trying to get on!

Got any pics of this? I'd love to see how cute y'all looked with blue hair.

Married to RRBB for just over 2 1/2 years.

Not sure whether to take this as a sign that time flies when you're having fun or things are so bad that a whole year has been blocked from memory, but we've been married 3 1/2 years.
