It's the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Come inside, it's fun inside.

Actually, it's more like reno world. Welcome. Welcome my friends to the home of half done projects. Actually, I should give credit where credit is due. With the exception of one room, the whole top floor of my house is painted. Not too shabby. The fact that I have no cabinet doors in my kitchen, eh, what can you do?

I was so overwhelmed after the move on Sunday. I'll admit, I still am a little bit. We still have so much to do here, and some last minute things to move from the apartment. I got really sad about leaving there as well. I wasn't sentimental about it until I went back there and saw it empty. We spent five years of our lives, and the majority of Nemo's childhood there, and it's a huge deal. There are things about it that I'll miss and things about it that I certainly won't.

So, we press on. Every day, I do a little something, and then that's one more little something that's done. Slowly, but surely, it's coming along. Reno world.

Anyway, just checking in to say hi, we're here. And that an update will be coming soon. When I can free up enough space on my memory card to take some pictures of the cute clothes I got for the kiddos. We didn't really ened new stuff, but, there were a couple items I just couldn't resist.

Hey!!! I've been thinking about ya wondering how the house work was going!!! Your house will be just that YOUR house before you know it!!! At least you are doing all the renovations now and not waiting and saying oh we'll get to that later LOL!!!! We did the same thing you guys are doing when we moved here to this house in TX and boy am I glad we did!!!

Even though it's stressful, I'm glad we're trying to tackle most of it now as well. There are some things that may not get done, but that's okay too. The majority is getting done and it makes it really feel like ours.

It just struck a chord with me. I'm feeling a little bit better now, but I really loved that apartment. We just knew that this was our house. I think it's okay to feel both those emotions at the same time, even though it's hard. I loved the apartment, and I love my house. Well, I'm in deep like with my house. I'll love it when it's done.
