Welcome to cattle encounters of the 4th diMOOnsion!

OMG just back from the gym and that was one of the toughest workouts ever. He tricked us and told us one more thing and we were done but then we had to do another after. I just slumped on the mat when we were done. When he passed out the foam roller i slid it under my head and just laid there awhile.

Now I am too tired to eat... no energy to pick up my arms. they are ersting on my chair and it's the only way I can type

where's the passed out smiley?

Good work out dear!!!!!! you will feel it tomorrow too.:hyper:

You know when else I will feel it? At 5:30 when I go to step class :scared1:

I did get a Kudos from the instructor when I self-corrected my form on lunges before he could get to me. They were especially hard bcz we were doing upright rows at the same time.

Good morning! Yea Tag Fairy! Our sparklies are back!

WOO HOO - yeah...I see them again too :cool1:

Probably carpel tunnel. Not sure why the left is so bad. I'm sure walking the beast doesn't help tho

Oh no.:(

I'm with you though...my back/neck is killing me. Slept funny.:( or something.

OK, I must be contagious...you all are sounding a lot like me. I hope everyone is feeling better soon.

Tifff (lol - I love the three f's), where is the pain? I learned more about carpel tunnel than I want to with all my latest issues. ;)
I also have problems with ganglion cycsts in both wrists that make them somewhat painful at times. The brace like you bought helps me out with those too.

Good Morning all...
I hope everyone had a great weekend!! I spent Saturday at California Adventure. Funny, but I guess they must have been successful with the changes they made there because we never even set foot inside Disneyland (and that was a first).

Yesterday I attempted to start packing for Vegas. But ugh...nothing fits (well, none of my "Vegas" clothes fit). It definitely takes the fun out of packing. Plus it is time consuming because I have to try everything on.

The really good news was that I got to work this morning and found out that my boss is on a business trip until Thursday (I leave for Vegas on Wed. afternoon) :cool1: So hopefully it will be a quiet 2 1/2 days :rolleyes1

Well it's actually gone now (I took some ibu this morning) put it was in the wrist and up on the TOP of my hand (not the palm part)... about halfway to the bottom knuckles

Now my right wrist is a little sore but I think that's related to planks - lol

Yippee for your boss being out - I love that! :)

Uh oh on clothes. I'm guessing they're not too big? :( I hate that too! I usually go buy new things so I'm not completely depressed lol

Works... I went CVS first and they told me to go to Walmart. They did not have the women version, only the big black ones for everyone.

Opps, I think I messed up (that is what I get for reading back to fast). I thought it was Tifff that had the wrist problems.

What an awesome way to start off the vacation...

Nope, not too big :( Between the medication that has weight gain as a side effect and not being able to exercise....my body is growing substantially larger (and I was big to begin with). But I did really well on Saturday at Cal. Adventure so I'm going to at least start walking on my lunch hour again.
But I'm not sure I'm ready to take on Zumba again. It is more fear than anything. I'm pretty much pain free now and I'm so scared that I'm going to move wrong and this whole thing is going to start all over again. :worried:

Yeah definitely do something else... it's not worth hurting yourself and being out of commission even longer. That's how I am in some classes... like in step when she wants us to do jumping stuff I just don't do it (I do a lower impact version) because it's not worth twisting my ankle over to get my heart rate up slightly higher...

I can so understand that, after my foot surgery, I was so scared to do anything that put a lot of pressure on my foot/toe... My motorcycle, the gear shift is a pull up with your left big toe.... The exact toe that now has two screws in it.

I have not been on my motorcycle yet. But I did do Insantity, which requires a ton of jumping and I have jogged, so I am getting there.

But I did it all on my time and when I was ready to try, so take it easy and start by walking at lunch. You will get there.

What about water zumba? Low impact?

I am in a super boring meeting. Going over requirements on new reporting we are developing and seeing what we all need. But one person (who I don't care for) is speaking for our group (even tho he doesn't do what we do) and he is the super self-assured type who likes to hear himself talk. Sigh.
