I really love them! I have the 4 I showed above in our large suitcase now along with our (big) caddy of shower stuff, 2 pairs of shoes, and there is still room!

But can't you get as much into the suitcase without the cubes? Don't the cubes take up room themselves? I guess I'm confused! (Happens easily, I know!)

I would say that too but no!! I mean it'd be trying to close it while compressing all that stuff... But this compresses it for you. It doesn't make sense, I know.

These were on whole foods cold bar....Matt thought they'd been roasted though, then chilled . Yummy!

So I use a little olive oil, salt, and Pepper, then roast at 425 for 7-9 minutes...

They need to turn a little brown/black in some of the outer leaves, and they are so good.

If they are bigger than a golf ball I cut them in half...

They are wonderful

I have changed it up a little by putting a little Parmesan on them after they come out and are hot.

Reduce some good balsamic and drizzle over them...

Sprinkle some bacon over the top...


Yummy so good, I want some now.
