Ahhh u shoulda told me earlier... Pineapples were like $1 at aldi! I didn't buy any bcz they weren't the right ropeness. Pineapples are my FAVE!!! I got one tattooed on me last week

I love pineapple lapu lapus. I got the recipe that we use last week. I haven't reproduced it yet.

Sorry, getting, loopy, here it is. I forgot I was on the boards...

A brandy sniffer of shaved ice. It won't taste the same without shaved ice.

A splash of simple syrup. (available at "Smart and Final")

A splash of orgeat syrup. (also available at "Smart and Final")
This is what gives it that Almond flavor. Amaretto is a nice substitution.

A splash of passion fruit syrup. This is what makes it different from a Mai Tai. (Usually available at "Smart and Final")

Two shots of light rum.

A mixture of 60% pineapple juice and 40% orange juice. (instead of orange juice, try tangerine "Naked Juice" from Trader Joe's)

A floater of dark rum. "Myers" dark rum is not dark enough. Use "Whaler's" (available at Trader Joe's) or "Trader Vic's" dark rum.

Oh...count me in...I could use one too. I talked to my physical therapist tonight and she doesn't think we are seeing enough progress so she wants me to go back to the doctor again next week after our last appointment.

I was so hoping to be done with this by now

Ugh i am a klutz. My injuries tonight:

1. Reached into dog stuff for more poopbags and grabbed wire brush, slicing my finger
2. Stepped on foot of laptop bag... Ow!
3. Stood up and banged knee right into corner hinge of armoire
4. Not my fault... Husb threw ball for dog and dog trampled my foot... Scratching it and cutting it right on a recent scar

That is a rough night!!
