That one sounds awesome! I'm always trying to figure out a healthy filling breakfast because I HATE HATE HATE eggs, and that's all that I see recommended!
I do oatmeal with a tbsp of chia seeds and a side of greek yogurt. I find it filling and a good balance of protein and carbs.
