Welcome to cattle encounters of the 4th diMOOnsion!

Apparently the pats have been going for a "lets hope the other team makes more mistakes than us" approach and that's how they squeaked by the past few games. Luck finally ran out

Morning!! Drinking an applejack smoothie. It's super green.

Tasty. .... But still weirds me out

http://happyherbivore.com/recipe/apple-jack-smoothie/

Tada!

Banana, spinach, apple, soy milk, and a date. Some cinnamon.

I suck at freezing bananas, so I cut the milk a bit, and added some ice cubes. :) And a bit of flax seed.

Medjool dates are so odd. Anyone ever use them?! I haven't. They throw me. They are squishy. I thought dates were hard?! Shows you how little I bake....

Plus, I booted up the espresso machine today! In time, for once! (takes 40 minutes to heat up) . Made Matt and I both espresso before work.
:cool1: Not only does it save us coffee shop money, but it's healthier. ( instead of his blended, he had 4 shots straight espresso. I had a tiny cappuccino. I also tend to use less syrup when I'm home, just honey or agave!) And, I have complete control of the drinks. I'm picky, so the other girls never make my drink quite how I like it....

And now , after those two drinks, and pulling some shots to throw in the fridge for frozen drinks later..... the entire house smells like espresso. :cloud9: Best splurge, EVER, buying this thing.

And, finally semi updated my TR. Hoorah! Now if I could just workout with the same motivation....

BUT. Matt's going to be talking me (read: making me) into jump roping in the mornings Tuesday and Thursdays, which are his off days from working out. He'l even make breakfast those days.
I just have to find motivation for the OTHER days.:P

That looks good! I'm afraid to make a smoothie, cuz last time I tried I hated it and the expensive ingredients just sat around and expired.

Aw!!!

Do you like bananas?

Give this a whirl, DH does it every morning.

1 Banana, almonds (he does 6 chopped up.) , 9 ish cubes of ice, a little flax seed (skip it if you like, but it's got lots of good stuff in it, isn't too noticeable taste wise. ) , dash or so of cinnamon.

I usually add in to that a handful or two of berries. Sometimes some spinach or kale. Makes a cheap smoothie. :)

Also! OJ is good to use instead of milk, makes it all tropical-y. Cherries make it GORGEOUS. But they have pits,so its messy and a pain!

Or you can try just banana, pb, and milk! Little bit of chocolate if you want too - lol

I used to do smoothies but I prefer to chew

Looks good, I will have to get the ingredients next time I am at the grocery store.

mmm. Yes! Yum. :) PB is amazing. :)

And yay! Let me know if you like it. Warning, it'll be GREEN. The date makes it really sweet though. There's a pit in it, make sure you toss it - or itll rattle all over the blender, and make your DH think you broke it....

I will be going to the store on friday. I am addicted to PB.

Ohhhhh. this place here, has a killer pb cupcake! It's a Willy Wonka style candy store! <3<3<3 (Called Lolli and Pops, if anyone wants to google it and drool. :) )

I also -- feeling dumb -- just found out recently you can make a cheater stirfry sauce.

Siriacha + soy sauce + peanut butter = amazing, apparently.

I'm so excited.

But we have no peanut butter. I need to buy things and try this! :stir:

That one sounds awesome! I'm always trying to figure out a healthy filling breakfast because I HATE HATE HATE eggs, and that's all that I see recommended!

I want Willy Wonka cupcakes!! I find fancy, expensive cupcakes are often disappointing. We went to a place in OH and it was like $10 for 4 (regular sized not huge bakery) cupcakes. They were good but not that much better than the grocery store.

Tina - Is there a Disney, OK? Have you been there?

Good morning! Lolli and Pops looks like my kind of store.

Bella, I feel your pain with eggs for breakfast. I can only eat them once, maybe twice a week for breakfast. I'm not a smoothie gal, but I'll eat PB and bananas for breakfast. Yummy!
