Welcome letters?

Hello,
I know that a lot of the DISigners make welcome letters from various characters, but I wasn't sure who to ask. I am looking for letters that says something along the lines of "We heard you are coming to WDW to visit us...etc" The following Characters are who I'm looking for:
Capt. Jack Sparrow
Jessie
Buzz Lightyear
Gaston (and I have a special request regarding the wording for this one. )

Can someone direct me where to go to request these?
