Please feel free to join us for these events as you choose. We hope that you are able to enjoy Walt Disney World and can’t wait to see you at the rehearsal dinner and at our wedding. We have planned several fun events below but there’s so much to explore and we want you to get the most out of your trip, so please don’t feel obligated to follow this schedule exclusively.
Friday- Informal Welcome Party and Downtown
5-7pm Garden Suite Welcome Party at the Boardwalk Inn (light refreshments)
9pm Meet up at Raglan Road in Downtown Disney
9:00-10:00 OPEN BAR at Raglan Road
Saturday- Drinking Around Epcot and Jellyrolls4pm- Meet in *EPCOT at the International Gateway (located between the UK
Pavilion and France) Visit and drink through the countries of the World
Showcase (*=requires park ticket)
5:30pm- Candlelight Processional Dinner Reservations at Biergarten (Parents
Party of 10: 2 table service dining credits or $44.99 p/person)
6:45pm- The Coral Reef Reservation (Kelli’s Party of 12: 1 table service dining
credit or ala carte menu cost)
6:45pm- Biergarten Reservation (Mike’s Party of 20: 1 table service dining credit

3:45pm- Motor coach pick up at Main Lobby of the Port Orleans Riverside
4pm- Motor coach pick up at Main Lobby of the Bonnet Creek Resort
4:15pm- Motor coach pick up at Main Lobby of the All Star Music Resort
4:30pm- Motor coach pick up at Main Lobby of Swan Resort
5pm- Ceremony
5:45pm- Guests transported via motor coach to the Grand Floridian
6:15pm- Wedding Party transported to the Grand Floridian
6-7pm- Cocktail Hour
7-11pm Reception
8pm- Last motor coach runs out to resorts
8pm- Wishes Fireworks
11pm- Out on the Town- TBD
Tuesday- After-Party Brunch
10:30am- Brunch at the Beach Club’s Cape May Café (1 table service dining
