Sigh! Non-DVC resorts are not the only ones that use the phrase. We just returned from our Easter trip to New Orleans and a Carnival Spring Break cruise. "Welcome Home" was the banner that greeted us when we returned from our shore excursions. When we attened the past cruisers cocktail party, "Welcome Home" was said by the president and many of the officers and workers of Carnival Cruise line in the movie presentation of the history of Carnival Cruise line.
So, I now must join the ranks of previous posters in threads that lamented the overuse of the phrase at WDW.

PS. There was a letter in the mail from DVC regarding the fact tht the slide at Storm along bay will be closed beginning May 5th for refurbishing. Shuttles will be available for folks to use the Luna Pool slide during the refurbishing.
