Will Disney hotels deliver welcome bags to your guest rooms? Most of my guest are staying at the all-stars. It would be nice if they were in the room when they got there but I am thinking they will not do that.

Yes they will. We had guests at 4 different hotels. All I did was place the bags in a box. On top of each box I put an excel spreadsheet of the Reservation #, Name, Dates of Arrival, and that same info was on a tag of the bag. My guests said they were given their bags at check in and come were already in the rooms.

They won't deliever them to the room, for security reasons. If you deliver them before your guests check in then they'll be given to them then.

You might want to let your guests know that they should be expecting a package/item at check in. We had a hotel that "lost" one of our bags but all the others were delivered, even the others at the same resort.

We dropped off the bags to the 3 resorts at the main desks and explained they were welcome bags for our wedding guests. One resort went to each reservation to make a note that something was there when they checked it; another resort made a copy of the spreadsheet I had and kept it with the bags; another resort just accepted them and said they'll be given out.

We tied a tag to each bag with the guest's name the room was reserved under, their res #, the resort they were staying at and the day they were checking in. Some guests were already there by the time we got to WDW so the desk called those rooms and said something was at the main desk for them regarding the wedding.
