Welcome Bags

Did you do your welcome bags the same for every one (may be different for children) or did you do yours for the individual person ?

The plan for us is for all the couples, they will get one bag to share but with 2 of some items...

But for some, like the Best Man and my nieces (one of whom is my MOH) we might do something different and not put the exact same things in....

The latest idea that has come into my head is putting the actual wedding favors in the bag rather than bringing them to the ceremony or dinner or DP, thinking that way people won't have to worry about leaving them anywhere or carrying them around etc.....

Has anyone put their favors in their welcome bags instead? What do you guys think of that, is it not cool to do?

We plan on doing a bag per family(one bag per room) with basically the same items. For the younger ones we may add something little for them( a toy/book etc).Items we plan on including is a welcome folder with info, pressed penny search, special occassion pins, word searchs for each parks, hidden mickey info, WDW scavenger hunt, park maps, disney dollars, a disney postcard, disney pens,treats/snack etc. good luck with your plans...

I was going to do mine one per room but most of my guests will not be staying on property. I am going to do it per person instead. I have five guests staying onsite so I made 5 cute bags. I should really post pics of the bags themselves. I am quite proud of myself. They came out really good! They are all going to contain the same stuff but as for my mom and sister, I have shirts for them with their favorite character(made those myself too thanks to the Disigners!). I am also going to include 5 Disney Dollars.

padisneyfour~ How did you get the buttons? I want to put a first visit one in my bags since none of my guests have ever been to Disney! I didn't want to wait til I got there to get them though!

We did a little larger bags for our parents and the wedding party, but other families got the same bags with a few aditions for people that had kids. If you follow the link to my trip report in my signature, the first posting shows off our welcome bags

Our welcome bags will actually be given to our family members after the VR and when we get to DW. I'm filling the bags with practical things.

TicTacs
Carmax
Hand Sanitizer
Sunscreen
